We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, but we are encouraged that you acknowledge that God is with you. Let's remember that God is always at our side. He encourages us, as He did Joshua, "I will not fail you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous" Joshua 1:5-6 (WEB).
Firstly, we must address the fact that you mentioned you are feeling defeated and worn down. No matter how challenging your circumstances may be, we have a promise in the Word of God that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us Romans 8:37 (WEB).
It is disheartening to hear you say how you were physically attacked at work, and now you are scared. We need to understand that perfect love casts out fear 1 John 4:18 (WEB). It is also important to report this attack to the appropriate authorities to prevent the attacks from continuing and to protect your job. The Bible says that the government has been given authority to punish evil Romans 13:1-5 (WEB).
We will pray for your finances and your job, but you should also be proactive. Keep in mind that 2 Corinthians 9:6 (WEB) says "he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully." That said, we must understand that God's will is paramount, and His ways are higher than our ways Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB).
In regards to the coworkers who conspired against you, Jesus said, "Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" Luke 6:28 (WEB). This is not easy, but it is what we are called to do.
We are living in a fallen world and sometimes, especially at trying times like this, there may be temptation to just give up and quit. However, Galatians 6:9 (WEB) says, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up."
God has a perfect plan for you in His perfect time. Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB) "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your divine intervention. We thank You that You are always by their side, and You will never leave them nor forsake them. We pray for their strength and courage in the face of adversity. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, soul, and spirit, especially from the fear they are experiencing right now. We pray for their finances, that You will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that they will not have room enough to receive it Malachi 3:10 (WEB). We pray for their job situation, that You will guide them to a good job and place them in good workplaces with good coworkers. We pray that You will turn their situation around for their good and Your glory. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
