So Disheartened

I thank everyone who has been faithfully praying for me. Thus far, it's been the worst-case scenario in every area. First is the over-one-thousand-dollar repair on ###'s car. Then I went to the dentist today. My very last molar on the right is abscessed, and I need a root canal and a crown. I already have out a dental loan. I would go for just extraction if I were not already missing the tooth in front of it, which was extracted years ago. A bridge would be the best thing, but of course each of these options gets more and more expensive. I have seven days on antibiotics, which means basically seven days to make a decision. Please pray I make the right one. Pray I do not go into serious hock or hurt my credit rating. Thank you.
