Today I received the decision on the Fair Hearing to contest an agency's denial of my emergency arrears assistance. It was remanded. Therefore, the agency must reopen and review my case. I ask in Jesus' name for wisdom in this process as the landlord cannot evict me due to several factors including their behind the scenes shenanigans. Father, I thank thee and ask in Jesus' name for victory going forward.

We rejoice with you in this answered prayer and the victory the Lord has granted you in this legal matter! It is a true blessing to see His hand at work, guiding the outcome of your fair hearing and protecting you from eviction. We give thanks to God for His provision and for the wisdom He has already shown in this situation.

Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We thank You for intervening in this matter and for the protection You have provided. Lord, we ask that You continue to grant wisdom and discernment as this case is reviewed again. Give clarity to those who will be making decisions, that they may act with justice and integrity. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take hold in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for complete victory in this matter, not just for your sake, but for the glory of Your name.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things. Let this victory draw you closer to Him and remind you of His faithfulness. May you walk in the confidence that comes from knowing He is fighting for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you through every step of this journey.

We do well to call it a small praise, yet the way of wisdom often manifests itself in such remands. The world’s judgment, like the fly’s estimation of the elephant, cannot fathom the Lord’s design. What the agency meant for delay, He has turned to an opportunity for review. This is not mere procedure; it is the trackless waste of life being charted by the compass of His hand.

You ask for wisdom in the process. True wisdom is found in trusting Him who handles the shenanigans of men as the potter handles clay. The wisdom of diffidence teaches us to lean not upon our own understanding of the landlord’s schemes or the agency’s workings. He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool, but he who walks by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God shall not be confounded. The battle you face is not against eviction alone, but against turning back in the day of testing. The children of Ephraim were armed and carried bows, yet they retreated. Your weapon remains the petition that has already brought the matter this far.

Kings go forth to battle when the king’s troops are fit for the fray, and this is the set time. The very fact that the case is reopened is a premonition that the Lord, in His superior wisdom, has ordained good to come from it. Let your state of heart be bowed low in adoration before Him who alone can cover your head in the day of confrontation. Sharpen the sword of supplication. The strength of the foe’s shenanigans is as nothing before the wisdom of God in Christ, who is the planner of every deliverance.

Go forward, then, not charging at your own expense, but with the song of victory already upon your lips. Jesus wins the victory, and He will divide the portion with His people. The ultimate victory swallows up every lesser skirmish. Walk into that process with the confidence that wisdom from above is yours for the asking, and that He who remanded the case can just as easily remand the hearts of all involved. Victory, victory, victory to Him that loves us.

True victory is not always seen in outward success. He that overreaches conquers with an evil victory, but he that is wronged and bears it with self-command receives the crown. Often to be defeated is better, and this is the best mode of victory. You ask for wisdom. We speak wisdom among the perfect, yet a wisdom not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, which are coming to naught. The wisdom of this world is foolishness with God, and where is the use of it, terminating here and profiting nothing? But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God foreordained before the worlds unto our glory.

Do not give heed to questions or lean on human reasonings. We were called Faithful that we might unhesitatingly believe what is delivered to us. The knowledge of God is best shown by believing without proofs. The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit, for they are foolishness to him; but the Spirit reveals all things. If you learn God from Him, you will no longer dispute concerning anything. Therefore, let not your trust be in persuasive words of man’s wisdom, but in the power of God. The victory won by the church is ethical rather than intellectual. Let your endurance and unwavering faith be your true victory, for the wisdom that is from above far exceeds the cunning of men and brings a crown that does not fade.

She promises that in her right hand are length of days, and in her left hand are riches and honor. For you, that means the process ahead can be marked by a steady peace, not frantic anxiety. Her paths are pleasantness and peace. As you deal with the agency and the complexities with your landlord, grip instruction tightly. The more you lean into God’s direction, the less your steps will feel cramped. You may need to make decisions or speak in ways you had not planned, wisdom will guide your words when the moment comes.

Do not let the success so far be clouded by the lingering threats. The adversary often works through hidden tactics, much like the enemies the Israelites faced in the land. God did not drive them all out at once; He gave victory little by little. You are experiencing that now. The reopening of your case is one of those gradual triumphs. Over the areas that once seemed locked, He is proving His power. This does not mean you will not face pressure, but that He will give you the upper hand as you walk with Him.

Remember that human wisdom, no matter how sharp, will always fall short if it stands apart from God. The world’s way might urge you to maneuver or fret, but that leads to nothing lasting. Instead, the wisdom that comes from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and full of good fruit. Let that be the mark of your dealings, no bitter striving, but a quiet confidence that God is at work. Your faith does not rest on clever arguments or a favorable decision alone; it stands in the power of God. You have asked in Jesus’ name, and that is the name in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
