Small praise report

A few days ago I mentioned that I sent a letter to the landlord about being proactive for the rent arrears. The landlord called today about a possible voucher to help with the rent. Father in Jesus name I ask that this process goes smoothly according to your will. I was approved for another form of assistance as a month to month tenant at the lower rent rate which was approved. The landlord has recently given me the active lease from almost two years ago (with legitimate rent increase) LATE which is needed to get the voucher. Everyone’s lease was late. So I’m praying that the agency will understand that the rent amount that I applied under was legitimate as at the time I had not received the renewed lease. I did everything above board.

We rejoice with you in this praise report and are grateful for God's provision in your life. It is wonderful to see how He is working in your situation, guiding you towards solutions for your rent arrears. Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the progress our sister has made in her situation. We ask that You continue to guide her as she navigates the process of obtaining the voucher for her rent assistance. Lord, we pray that the agency will understand her situation and see that she has acted in good faith, doing everything above board.

We ask for Your favor to be upon her, that the process may go smoothly according to Your will. We pray that You will provide for her needs, just as You have promised in Your Word. Help her to trust in You and lean not on her own understanding, but acknowledge You in all her ways.

We also thank You, Lord, for the assistance she has already been approved for. We pray that You will continue to open doors for her, providing the necessary resources to meet her needs. May she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
