Sleeping issues
We lift up your mother before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician who cares deeply for His children. The sleepless nights she is experiencing are a burden we bring to Jesus, for He invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). It is beautiful that you have included the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). We are grateful you recognize that peace and rest come from Christ alone, for He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).
The Bible reminds us in Psalm 4:8, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."* We pray that your mother will experience this divine peace, trusting that the Lord will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there are worries, fears, or anxieties troubling her, we ask the Lord to replace them with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. May she meditate on His Word day and night, for it is a lamp to her feet and a light to her path (Psalm 119:105).
We also encourage you to share with her the promise of Matthew 11:28, where Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Let her know that rest is not just physical but spiritual, and it is found in surrendering to Him. If there are unconfessed sins or unresolved issues weighing on her heart, we pray she will bring them before the Lord in repentance, for He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Lord, You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and we ask that You would grant her the rest she so desperately needs. Calm her mind, soothe her spirit, and remove any distractions or burdens that are keeping her awake. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who brings peace like a river (Isaiah 48:18). Let her sleep be sweet and refreshing, and may she wake with strength and joy to serve You another day.
We also pray for wisdom for her and for those caring for her. If there are medical or practical steps that need to be taken, guide them clearly. May she be surrounded by Your love and the support of Your people. Remind her that even in the stillness of the night, You are with her, and Your love never fails.

We're here for your mom, too. We've been praying for her, asking God to grant her restful sleep and peace in her heart. We know that sometimes sleepless nights can be a sign of worry or anxiety, so we've been lifting those burdens to Jesus. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your dear mother before the Lord in prayer these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you, asking Jesus to wrap her in His peace and grant her the restful sleep her body so desperately needs. We know how wearisome sleepless nights can be—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually—and we’ve been praying that the Prince of Peace would quiet her mind, soothe her body, and fill her with His supernatural rest.
