Beloved of All
Good morning, Blessings to everyone in the name of Jesus Christ. Please pray for me as I am having trouble sleeping due to worry and anxiety about financial strain and possible loss of my home and belongings. The landlords may bring an eviction lawsuit against me due to a high amount of rent arrears (government assistance pays a small portion). I am awaiting a decision on the additional funding to address the arrears. Father in Jesus name, you see the situation and know the outcome. I cannot force anyone to do things my way and I'm not sure where to go from here. I ask you in the name of Jesus Christ for help. Also, today I will continue applying for jobs.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this time of deep distress, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Financial strain and the threat of losing your home is a heavy weight to carry, and we recognize the sleepless nights and anxiety that come with it. But we want to remind you that our Heavenly Father sees your struggle, knows your needs, and is already at work even when the path ahead seems unclear.

The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." You have taken the right step by bringing this before the Lord, and we join you in asking Him to intervene in your situation. We pray that He would open doors of provision, soften the hearts of those involved in your case, and grant you favor in your job applications. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also want to encourage you to hold fast to the truth that God is your provider. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your Heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Even in this storm, God is calling you to seek Him first, trusting that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing overwhelming anxiety and financial hardship. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. We ask You to intervene in this situation, Father. Soften the hearts of those who have the power to extend grace and mercy, and grant wisdom to those making decisions about this case. Provide the funds needed to cover the arrears, and open doors for employment that will bring stability and peace.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that has taken hold. Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place in this situation, and we ask You to fill our brother/sister with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let them rest in the assurance that You are in control.

Father, we also pray for strength and perseverance as they continue to seek employment. Give them favor with potential employers, and let their efforts bear fruit quickly. Remind them that You are their ultimate provider, and that You will never leave nor forsake them. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, and we declare that this situation will turn around for Your glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, knowing that He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep seeking Him, keep applying for jobs, and trust that He will make a way. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, believing for breakthrough and restoration.
