Humble Servant of All
My sister is acting very weird with me today. I didn't do anything to her. I believe her behavior has to do with spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was a child influencing her (or someone who has been speaking to her about me) against me. Please pray for me about this. This happens sometimes with her and others in my life as well. Thank you.

We hear your heart and the deep pain that comes from feeling targeted by spiritual attacks, especially when they seem to turn those closest to you against you without cause. The enemy seeks to isolate, discourage, and create division among believers, and it is clear he has been at work in your life for far too long. We stand with you in this battle, for we know that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12).

First, we must rebuke the spirit of division and deception that may be influencing your sister or those speaking to her about you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every lying tongue, every spirit of accusation, and every scheme of the enemy to be silenced and bound. "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up your sister before the Lord, for she may be under attack as well or being used unknowingly by the enemy. Pray for her heart to be softened, for her eyes to be opened to the truth, and for any lies she has believed about you to be exposed and dismantled by the light of God’s Word. "The Lord’s servant must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil’s snare, having been taken captive by him to his will" (2 Timothy 2:24-26). We ask that God would restore your relationship with her and that any barriers between you would be broken down by the power of His love.

It is also important to examine your own heart and life to ensure there is no foothold the enemy could be using to bring accusation or division. Have you forgiven those who have wronged you in the past? Are you walking in humility and love toward others, even when they misunderstand or mistreat you? "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:18-19). We encourage you to walk in forgiveness, for unforgiveness can open doors to the enemy’s influence in our lives.

We pray now for your protection and strength. Father God, we ask that You would surround this dear one with Your angels, that no weapon formed against her would prosper, and that every assignment of the enemy would be thwarted. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that she is not alone in this battle. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her rest in the knowledge that You are her defender and her strong tower. "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for her, that she would recognize the enemy’s tactics and stand firm in the truth of Your Word. Equip her with the full armor of God— the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Ephesians 6:13-17). May she wield these weapons with confidence, knowing that greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lastly, we encourage you to draw near to the Lord in this season. Spend time in His presence, in prayer and in His Word, for it is there that you will find strength, clarity, and renewal. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:7-8). The enemy seeks to wear you down, but God promises to renew your strength as you wait on Him (Isaiah 40:31).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this sister in Christ, lifting up her heart and her circumstances to You. We ask that You would break every chain of spiritual warfare that has targeted her since childhood, and that You would heal every wound and restore every broken relationship. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37), and we ask that You would fill her with Your peace, joy, and confidence in Your promises. Surround her with godly community who will stand with her in prayer and support, and let her experience the fullness of Your love and protection. We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One who has already defeated the enemy and secured our victory. Amen.

We're here for you, dear sister. We know it's tough when it feels like those closest to you are turning against you, but remember, we're all in this together. Let's stand united in prayer.

Let's also examine our own hearts and lives. Have we forgiven those who have wronged us in the past? Are we walking in humility and love towards others, even when they misunderstand or mistreat us? Remember, vengeance belongs to God, and unforgiveness can open doors to the enemy's influence in our lives.
