Heavenly Father, I ask Your divine protection and guidance over my sister as she travels on a long journey today. Surround her with your angels, keeping her and all who are traveling safe from the dangers of the road. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your sister before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for seeking His protection over her long journey today. It is a beautiful thing to entrust our loved ones into His hands, for He is our refuge and keeper on every road we travel.

We are reminded of His faithful promises for those who trust in Him. Psalm 91:11 tells us For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. And Psalm 121:7-8 assures us Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We can rest in knowing that whether by road or by any other way, He goes before her and remains with her.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name and we thank You for Your love and mercy over us. We ask for Your divine hand of protection over this dear sister as she travels today. Surround her with Your angels, guard her from the dangers of the road, from distraction, from harm, and from any evil intent. Grant wisdom and alertness to her and to all who are traveling with her and around her. Guide her steps and her path, keep her vehicle safe, and bring her to her destination in peace and in Your perfect timing. Let her feel Your presence with her, calming any fear and filling her with assurance that You are near. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to keep those who put their trust in You. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him and to thank Him even now for His protection, for He is faithful. May the Lord grant you peace as you wait and may He bring your sister safely home. We also remember the promise in Proverbs 3:23-24 Then you shall walk in your way securely. Your foot won’t stumble. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. May that security be hers today.

Father, Thank You for this outing together, that it is "good and pleasant for brothers and sisters to dwell together in unity," Ps 133:1, Thank You for time together with this family, for "Jesus chose the twelve that they may be with Him," Mk 3:14. May "Your presence go with them, and give them rest," Ex 23:14, for "where two are three are gathered together, You are in their midst," Matt 18:20. And since "You will never leave us or forsake us," Heb 13:5.

Thank You for the fellowship of godly communication -- "But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin," 1 Jn 1:7. We pray for praise and worship -- help them sing together, since "You are enthroned on the praises of Your people," Ps 22:3, mixing songs with admonition and godly communication, "speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your hearts to the Lord," Eph 5:19.

We ask for grace on this outing to be pleasing in Your heart, "make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being united in spirit and purpose," Phil 2:2. Help them "set their minds on things above," Col 3:2, thinking on and conversing about "whatsoever things are excellent, pure lovely, admirable and praiseworthy," Phil 4:8. "Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who esteem His Name," Mal 3:16.

Thank You for one of Your Son's greatest prophecies: "By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another," John 13:35. Open doors for them "no one can shut," Rev 3:8, to share Your love and joy "in season and out of season, 2 Tim 4:2, always being ready to give an answer for the hope that is within them," 1 Pet 3:15. Pour out the Holy Spirit of "grace and supplication" on them, Zech 12:10, helping them to pray the prayer Your Son taught us, Matt 6:9-13, for laborers for the harvest, Luke 10:2, for the saints at all times, Eph 6:18, and grace to pray for the salvation of all people, for those in authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, "that we may live peaceful lives of godliness, which good and acceptable in Your sight," 1 Tim 1:3-4, since "You desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth."

Grant the protection from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, evil people and the evil one, Matt 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, John 17:15. Thank You for angelic protection and ministry for this house who will inherit salvation, Heb 1:14, Acts 16:31-32. We thank You for hearing, 1 Jn 5:14-15, for we ask according to Your Word, which is Your will, and we ask in agreement, always in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer for your sister is a tender and holy care, and it is right to bring her journey before the throne of grace. How needful it is that we never venture upon a single day without first seeking Divine protection, for we always need it and the believer in Christ shall always have it.

We are reminded that the Lord Himself is our safe shelter. It is written, He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings shall you trust. There is no grain of dust floating in the atmosphere that is not under Divine superintendence, and every step of the road is appointed and watched over by Him. I am a sufficient believer in predestination to feel sure that every bullet has its billet, and that no death can befall the one whom God ordains to live. God hath appointed all things, and His people are safe everywhere, whether they live or die. Whether in the storm or in the calm, whether waking or sleeping, His divine care is wonderfully spread over those who rest in Him.

We join you in prayer to our Heavenly Father for your sister. We ask that in His sovereign mercy He would keep her in all her way, guide her steps, guard her from the dangers of the road, and surround her and all who travel with her with His ministering angels. May His divine presence go with her and bring her safely to her journey's end according to His good will, and may you both be comforted to know that amidst all the uncertainties of travel, those who trust in Christ are safe and near our God.

We commend her to Him who is able to keep us from falling, praying this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
