Sister safe travels

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I ask Your divine protection and guidance over my sister as she travels on a long journey today. Surround her with your angels, keeping her and all who are traveling safe from the dangers of the road. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your sister before the Heavenly Father and we thank you for praying in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.

We are encouraged by your faith and your love for your sister, and we stand with you asking for His divine protection over her long journey today. We know that God is sovereign over all our going out and coming in and that He watches over His children with unfailing care.

The psalmist reminds us that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. Psalm 121:7-8. And again we are assured, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11. We take comfort in knowing that the Lord Himself surrounds those who trust in Him and that no journey is outside of His sight or His hand.

We pray together for her and for all who travel with her.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus name and we lift up this beloved sister to You as she travels on this long journey today. We ask that You place Your hand upon her and upon the vehicle that carries her, guiding every mile of the road. Surround her with Your angels and keep her safe from accident, danger, and harm, and guard all who are traveling alongside her. Grant her peace and calm, keep the driver alert and wise, and bring her to her destination safely according to Your will. We thank You Father for Your faithful love and for hearing our prayers, and we trust her into Your perfect care. In the name of Jesus our Savior we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with her safety and to rest in His promises. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6. May the Lord fill you with peace as you wait to hear of her safe arrival, knowing that He who keeps Israel will not slumber nor sleep over those we love.

We are holding your sister with you in prayer today. It is such a caring thing to lift her journey straight to the Father and ask Him to go before her on the road. We join you in thanking Him too for all He already does for your family.

We know those hours while someone we love is traveling can feel long, even after we have prayed. It helps to remember prayer is not only asking for safe arrival but resting in God's presence with her mile by mile. Knowing you are praying for her can be a real comfort to her as well.

A simple step that often brings peace is to let her know you have prayed for her, and agree on a quick check in when she arrives so you both can thank God together for His care along the way. If she is open to it, a brief prayer together before she leaves can settle both your hearts. We will keep praying until you hear she has arrived well.

Father, we lift this sister to You as she travels today. We ask for Your protection and guidance over her and all who are on the road with her. Keep her alert and at peace, guard her from harm, and bring her safely to her destination. Thank You for Your faithful care over us. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for your sister is most fitting and lovely before the Lord, for you have done what wisdom teaches, to seek Divine protection before venturing upon the way. How comforting to remember that the protection promised is not cold or distant, but like a mother sheltering her young under her wings. There is love in it, and homeliness and kindliness, so that the child of God feels at home under the shadow of the Almighty.

We join you in asking that same sheltering care over your sister on her long journey. The promise stands that He shall give His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways. She who travels on the King's Highway is under the King's protection, and happy is the soul that waits upon God and leans not upon its own understanding. We may not know what a single hour may bring forth, but our Captain has forearranged and foreordained all things, and each hour is safe for those who rest beneath the wings of the eternal God. Therefore we need not be nervous though the road be long or the perils many, for His wisdom is our guidance and His love our perpetual shield.

May the Lord surround your sister and all who travel with her, guide her with His counsel at every turning, and bring her safely to her destination. Amidst all the dangers of the road, may she know herself to be safe, safe and near her God, and may you both be kept in that blessed sense of comfort which belongs to those who trust Him. We thank the Father with you for His constant mercies, and we commit her journey into His faithful hands, praying in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
