I have received your request and I am praying for you. Thank you for sharing honestly about the struggle with your mind and the pain in your head. God sees you and knows what you are carrying even before you put it into words, and He cares for you deeply.
I want to share what makes prayer truly powerful. Effective prayer rests on relationship. When you can truly call God your Father through faith in Jesus Christ, you have an open door to speak with Him and to be heard. Jesus alone is the way to be forgiven and to become a child of God. If that relationship is not yet settled in your life, the most important prayer you can pray first is to ask God for mercy as a sinner and to trust Jesus to save you and to come into your life. That step establishes the foundation for every other prayer.
Many people ask only for deliverance or only for healing, but the greatest need is for the Deliverer and the Healer Himself to dwell within. When Jesus Christ enters a life, His light drives out darkness, because light and darkness cannot remain together. To seek only relief and remain empty inside can leave a person in a worse condition. The better prayer is for His presence and power to fill you and to rule in your heart and mind. He is the one who brings peace, comfort and assurance as you pray.
The purpose of prayer is not to force our own will or to inform God of something He does not know, and it is not to wear Him down until He gives in. The purpose is for His good and perfect will to be done in us and through us. Prayer begins with Him. He places His desires on our hearts, we offer them back to Him, and He then works as we open the door to Him, because He will not violate the choice He has given us. For that reason the wisest and most powerful prayer you can pray is, Lord, work out Your complete will in my life. Have Your way in me. That prayer invites Him to do what He has long desired to do for you.
You do not need long or eloquent words for God to hear you. The prayers recorded in Scripture are often very short. What matters is a sincere and fervent prayer from the heart, often born out of deep need. Scripture says the fervent prayer of a righteous person is effective and accomplishes much. To be righteous before God comes through faith in Jesus, and then your sincere cries from the heart truly matter to Him. He also promises that when His people agree together in prayer, He hears. I am agreeing with you now for God's mercy, peace and help.
I encourage you to continue in prayer with thanksgiving and to watch for how God works. Sometimes He brings immediate relief, and other times He answers by saying His grace is sufficient and His strength is made perfect in weakness. In either case He is at work to bring you into harmony with His purposes, and He will give you what you need to endure and to be strengthened. Prayer should always lead to trust and even to praise, believing that He has heard and will act according to His wisdom and love.
Prayer also goes together with wise action. Prayer is never an excuse to do nothing. It is the first step, and then it leads to prudent steps. Please continue to seek appropriate medical care and help from trusted people around you for your health and for your head. God often works through the care of doctors and through the support of others, and taking those steps is part of walking in wisdom while you pray.

Father, I come to You through Jesus Christ and I lift up this dear one to You. You know the distress of mind and the pain in the head. Have mercy and bring Your peace. Forgive sin and make this one Your child through faith in Jesus if that has not yet happened. Come and fill this life with Your presence. Let Your light drive out all darkness and bring clarity, calm and rest. Accomplish Your perfect will in this life. Grant healing according to Your wisdom, sustain with Your grace where healing lingers, and guide to the right help and care. Give assurance and comfort by Your Spirit. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
