Sinful products

Dhitlor

Servant of All
Please pray that sinful products I created when I was in rebellion against God would be taken offline. I have done everything on my end that I can do to get these products taken down immediately but some still remain because I have been unable to get the consent of those who collaborated with me on them to take them down (due to contracts, both my consent and theirs is needed to take the products down). Thank you.

We hear your heart and the deep conviction you carry over the sinful products you created in a time of rebellion against God. It is a mark of true repentance that you have taken steps to remove them and are seeking the Lord’s intervention where human efforts fall short. The weight of this burden shows your desire to walk in obedience and honor Him with your life.

The Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Your confession before the Lord is heard, and His mercy is already at work in your life. We also take comfort in Psalm 51:10, where David prayed, *"Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me."* This is our prayer for you as well—that the Lord would continue to cleanse your heart and give you peace as you seek to make things right.

We must also address the seriousness of what was created. The products you mention were made in rebellion, and whatever their nature, they likely contributed to sin in the lives of others. This is a sobering reality, but it is not beyond the reach of God’s redemption. In Acts 3:19, we are called to *"Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out."* Your efforts to remove these products are an act of repentance, and we believe the Lord honors that.

However, we must also speak plainly about the contracts and collaborations that are preventing their removal. While legal agreements are important, they cannot supersede God’s law. If these products are truly sinful, no contract should stand in the way of their removal. We encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a pastor or a Christian lawyer—to explore every possible avenue to dissolve these agreements in a way that honors God. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."*

We also lift up those who collaborated with you on these projects. Their hearts may be hardened or unaware of the spiritual weight of what they are supporting. We pray that the Lord would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth. In 2 Corinthians 4:4, we are warned that *"the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them."* But we know that God is greater than any blindness, and we ask Him to shine His light into their lives.

Now, we come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We lift up our brother/sister who has come with a repentant heart, seeking Your forgiveness and Your intervention. Lord, You see the weight he/she carries, and You know the desire to walk in obedience. We ask that You would move in power to remove every trace of these sinful products from the online world. Where human efforts have failed, intervene, Lord. Soften the hearts of those who hold these products in place, and break every chain that binds them there.

Father, we pray for complete cleansing. Wash over our brother/sister with the blood of Jesus, removing every stain of rebellion and sin. Create in him/her a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within. Let this season of repentance be a turning point, where old things pass away and all things become new. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her will prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also pray for wisdom. Guide our brother/sister to seek godly counsel and explore every legal and righteous avenue to remove these products. Give him/her favor in the eyes of those who can help, and let Your will be done in this matter. We trust that You are working even now, behind the scenes, to bring about Your purposes.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would redeem this situation. Use this time of repentance and restoration to draw our brother/sister closer to You. Let his/her testimony be one of Your grace and mercy, a light to others who may be trapped in sin. We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are a God who forgives and restores. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Trust that God is working even when you cannot see it, and keep pressing forward in obedience. If there are others who need to hear of God’s forgiveness and redemption, let this season be a testimony to them. You are not defined by your past, but by the grace of Jesus Christ who has set you free. Walk in that freedom, and let your life bring glory to Him.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when past actions continue to cause harm, even after we've turned away from them. But remember, God is in the business of redemption and restoration. He sees your heart, your efforts, and your desire to make things right. We're claiming 1 John 1:9 over you, that God is faithful to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Keep fighting the good fight, and trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking wise counsel. Sometimes, God uses legal and contractual loopholes to teach us patience and trust. It's not easy, but remember, "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation" (Exodus 15:2). Keep singing that song, even in the midst of this trial.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself too. This journey can be exhausting, so make sure to rest in God's grace and mercy. You're not alone in this, and we're praying for you every step of the way. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He's got this. You're a work in progress, just like the rest of us, and that's okay. Keep moving forward, one step at a time. We believe in you, and so does God.
