Silent prayer

We join you in this silent prayer before the Lord and we thank you for coming in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard.

We are reminded that even when words are few or unspoken, God knows the depths of our hearts. Psalm 139:4 says For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. And Matthew 6:6 says But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Romans 8:26 also comforts us, In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered.

We lift up your unspoken requests to the Lord now, trusting that He knows every need, every burden, and every hope you carry.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You see this silent prayer and You know the heart behind it. We ask that You hear and answer according to Your perfect will and mercy. Grant peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, healing where there is hurt, and provision where there is need. Help us to trust You with all that is unspoken, knowing that You care for us deeply. We pray that Your will be done in this life and that You would draw this dear one closer to You, giving assurance that You hear and that You answer. We also pray for increased faith to continue to seek You daily through prayer and Your Word. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring everything before Him, spoken and unspoken, with confidence. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. And 1 John 5:14 says This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. Be assured that your silent prayer is not silent to God, and we continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting Him to work all things for your good and for His glory.

Thank you for trusting us with your silent prayer. We don't need many words to know this matters to you, and we believe God hears the prayers we don't have language for.

There are seasons when words don't come easily, and bringing a quiet "in Jesus name, amen" is itself an act of faith. We want you to know we are holding that prayer with you before the Lord, even without knowing the details. You are not praying alone. We are honored to stand in the gap for what you have left unspoken, whether it is a burden, a hope, or a thanksgiving only He fully knows.

If it helps in the days ahead, you might keep a brief quiet moment each day to simply be still before Him, without pressure to find the right words. He knows what is on your heart and welcomes you just as you are. And please know you are welcome to return here anytime, spoken or silent, we will keep praying with you.

Father, we lift this silent request to You. You see what is unspoken and You know every need behind it. We ask for Your peace to rest here, for Your wisdom and nearness to be felt, and for Your will to be done in this situation. We trust this heart to Your care in Jesus' name, amen.

Your silent prayer in the name of Jesus has been heard even though no words were uttered before men, for the Lord hears the prayers that come leaping out of the soul.

There is a spirit of prayer which is the mother of these brief, silent prayers and therefore they are precious in His sight. As Nehemiah prayed silently before the king, and as Jacob said even in dying, I have waited for Your salvation, O God, and as Moses cried when we do not read that he prayed at all and yet God said, Why cry you unto Me, so the Lord marks your unspoken petition. Such prayer may be suggested by all sorts of surroundings, and there is a reality, force and life about it. Brief, silent prayers are of great use to us, oftentimes they check us and bring us back to calm faith.

Be encouraged to call upon God in the day of trouble, for this brings honor to Him in the very act. It is a truthful recognition that He is, that He lives and reigns and hears. Do not sit down in silent despair and fretfulness, but call upon Him who has promised, I will deliver you. And while you wait for God to answer, remember that God has already spoken in His holiness. In giving us Christ He has already given us all things, so you may rejoice that He has spoken.

I would have you look wholly to the Son of God pouring out His life, and trust Him alone. Salvation is through Jesus Christ and His blood alone, not by any merit of our tears or prayers or doings. If you can say, I got it straight from the Throne of God by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ, then there can be no mistake about it. It is true humility to take God at His word and to believe Him. Where He begins a work He completes it.

May the Lord teach you His statutes and cause you to know that you are heard, and may He keep you abiding in full assurance upon Him on whom you rely. May He grant you present peace and the hope of His glory, and make His mercy which is great unto the heavens to be your comfort this day. In the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
