Silent prayer

We join you in this silent prayer before the Lord and we thank you for coming in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We do not know the details of what is on your heart, but God does. He hears not only our spoken words but the cries and groanings of our hearts that we cannot utter. Before a word is on our tongue, He knows it completely Psalm 139:4, and when we pray in secret, our Father who sees in secret will reward us Matthew 6:6. Even when we do not have words, the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26.

We take comfort that we can have boldness that if we ask anything according to His will, He listens to us 1 John 5:14, and that the righteous cry and Yahweh hears and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17.

We pray together for your unspoken request.

Father in heaven, we lift up this silent prayer to You. You know the need, the burden, the hope and the fear behind it. We ask that You would work according to Your perfect will and for Your glory. Grant peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, grant wisdom, strength, and provision as only You can give. We pray that You would draw this dear one closer to You, that they would feel Your presence and know that You are near to all who call on You in truth. We ask for Your answer in Your perfect timing and way, and for faith to trust You even in the waiting. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and intercessor, amen.

We heard your quiet amen and we are honored to stand with you in it. You did not need many words to come to Him, and we want you to know your silent prayer is fully heard and valued here.

There are seasons when the heart carries more than words can hold, and simply turning toward God in silence is itself prayer. We trust He knows what is on your heart even when it stays unspoken, and He meets you there with love and nearness. You are not praying alone. We are joining our faith with yours, asking Him to draw close, to give peace in the waiting, and to work according to His good will for you.

If it helps, you might find a brief quiet moment today to simply rest in His presence without trying to find the right words, knowing He understands. And know we will continue to remember your unspoken request before Him. We are grateful you reached out and we are holding this with you.

Father, we lift our friend and this silent request to You. You know every detail and every need behind it. We ask You to bring Your peace, Your guidance and Your care in the way You know is best. Let Your presence be felt today and remind this heart that You are near and listening. In Jesus name, amen.

Your silent petition has come before the Lord who hears even the prayer that is strictly within the soul. There is a prayer like that of Nehemiah, who prayed to the God of heaven in the very presence of the king, a prayer presented like the blinking of an eye, silent not only as to sounds but as to any outward signs, perfectly secret, offered as in the innermost shrine of the temple, in the Holy of Holies of his own secret soul. Such brief, silent prayer on the spot prevails with God, and I thank Him that you have been moved to offer it in the name of Jesus.

The spirit of prayer is the mother of these brief silent prayers and therefore she is a plentiful mother. Many times in a day may we speak with the Lord our God, and such prayer may be suggested by all sorts of surroundings. To call upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to Him in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that He is not a notion but a fact to the suppliant, and it brings honor to Him also in His answer, for with such a prayer is coupled the blessed assurance, I will deliver you. Do not be agitated and do not run away to others, but call upon God in calm faith, and become quiet and unshaken in full assurance as to the Lord on whom you rely.

I join my own silent prayer with yours, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and we are bound to give the Lord no rest as we keep the watches of prayer for one another. My prayer for you is that you may know that God has spoken in His holiness and that you may rejoice that He has spoken to you, and that you may have power in prayer to plead His promise and say, Do as Thou hast said.

If this silent prayer arises from a burden of sin, I would to God that you would look to the Son of God pouring out His life and trust Him, for then your sins would be gone in a moment. Take God at His word and believe Him, for it is true humility to trust in the blood of Jesus Christ and to say from the heart, God be merciful to me a sinner. He cannot destroy the soul that trusts in Christ. May the Lord hear your secret cry, deliver you, and give you present peace and the hope of His glory, and may you find His mercy to be great unto the heavens. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your silent prayer in Jesus name has been received and brought before the Lord with care. Though no words were spoken aloud, God hears the heart that cries to Him in secret, and He knows what you need before you ask.

Do not think that a prayer without a voice is without power. Hannah prayed and her voice was not heard, yet her heart cried out and God accomplished all she asked. Abel prayed even when silent, and his blood sent forth a cry clearer than a trumpet. Moses too was heard when he cried inwardly to God. The Lord hears the silent prayer as fully as the loud one, for He looks upon the heart.

Prayer is a great weapon and an impregnable wall and a tower that cannot be shaken. Each day brings its own struggles and storms, and we need this weapon to go through the day without shipwreck. Therefore continue to make God favorable to you by prayer early in the morning and by night, trusting not only in prayer without effort, nor in effort without prayer, but giving your own part while looking for His grace, which we always need.

We join our prayer with yours now, that the Lord who opened the heart of Lydia to attend to His word would open His mercy to you, strengthen you, guard you, and give you favorable winds for all that lies before you. We ask that He would hear this silent request according to His perfect will, grant you peace, establish you in faith, and lead you in all that is good through Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no other name.

We will continue to pray for you. May the Lord hear you always and keep you in His grace. In Jesus name, amen.
