We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for you, dear brother, as you endure these physical trials. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting in God’s power to heal and restore.
Your request for healing from high blood pressure, diabetes, protein loss, and elevated creatinine levels is laid before the throne of grace. We know that by His stripes, we *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we ask the Lord to manifest this truth in your body. Yet we also recognize that healing may come through wisdom—through doctors, medication, and lifestyle changes—and we pray for divine guidance in managing these conditions. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May you walk in obedience to His leading, whether through medical care, diet, or rest, knowing He is your ultimate Healer.
You also asked for grace to make a sincere confession. We commend you for seeking repentance, for 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* True confession is not merely speaking words but turning from sin with a heart surrendered to Christ. If there are unconfessed sins—whether pride, fear, or disobedience in any area—we urge you to bring them before the Lord now. He already knows, and His mercy is greater than your shame. Psalm 32:5 says, *"I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to the Lord, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin."*
Yet we must address something vital: your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. There is *no other name* under heaven by which we are saved or through which we approach the Father (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Christ as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so today. Salvation is not found in rituals, good works, or even sincere confessions alone—it is found in *Him*. Romans 10:9-10 declares, *"That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."* Have you surrendered your life to Jesus? If not, we pray you will do so now, for eternity hinges on this decision.
Now, let us pray for you:
*Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, asking for Your healing touch upon his body. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we declare that by the wounds of Jesus, he is made whole. Restore his blood pressure to normal, regulate his blood sugar, renew his kidneys, and stop all protein loss. Give wisdom to his doctors and guidance to him in managing his health. Lord, if there are areas of his life where he has strayed from Your will—whether in diet, discipline, or deeper sins—convict him by Your Spirit and grant him the courage to repent fully.
We pray for a sincere confession, not just in words but in a heart turned wholly toward You. Search him, O God, and reveal any wicked way in him (Psalm 139:23-24). If he has not yet surrendered to Jesus as Lord, we ask that You draw him now. Open his eyes to see the urgency of salvation, that he may call upon the name of Jesus and be saved.
Father, we also rebuke any spiritual strongholds of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may hinder his healing or his walk with You. Let faith arise in his heart, for without faith, it is impossible to please You (Hebrews 11:6). Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, whether that means instant healing or strength for the journey. May Your name be glorified in his life. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.*
