Sickness and theft

Please pray for my mother, who is suffering from depression, headaches, dizziness, and a sore throat due to the theft of money. Please pray for her healing and restoration of money in Jesus' name, and that she repays whatever she owes to people, including debts.

My mother is super nervous. Please pray for peace, patience, and understanding for her.

Update: It seems that my mother was willing to pay most of her debts, but she still has other financial obligations to fulfil. Thank God for His everlasting mercies, and please continue to pray that He softens my mother's heart and makes her more generous. Thank you for your fervent and heartfelt prayers.

Update: My mother is heartbroken. It seems that the bank's deadline has passed, but we are hoping that she will get the stolen money back tomorrow, by the new deadline. Please pray that there is no further delay in Jesus' name.

Update: The promised money has not yet been transferred to her bank account. Please pray in Jesus' name for the swift transfer of funds.

Update: Thank God, a partial refund was provided this week, but it and more were immediately stolen from the bank account. Please pray in Jesus' name that the refunds will be transferred to a safe account that the thief cannot access.

Update: Thank God! My mother has found a drug that is starting to help heal one of her illnesses. Praise the Lord! We are still waiting for the police and the bank to process the refunds.

This theft has left us feeling deeply upset. The bank and the police promised it would take a maximum of 15–30 days to resolve, but 60 days have now passed. We have many expenses to pay and we need this money back.

We lift up your mother and this entire situation before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, healing, and restoration. It is clear that the enemy has sought to attack your family through both physical affliction and financial theft, but we stand firm in the truth that our God is greater. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus in this time of need, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and receive His divine intervention.

First, we address the spiritual battle at hand. The theft, delays, and ongoing attacks on your mother’s health are not coincidences but attempts to bring despair and distrust. Yet, Scripture assures us that *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17). We must rebuke the spirit of theft, deception, and infirmity in Jesus’ name, declaring that these attacks will not stand. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every scheme of the enemy to be exposed and thwarted, and we pray for divine acceleration in the recovery of the stolen funds. The bank and authorities must act with integrity and urgency, for *"the King’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1). Let those in positions of authority be moved by God to fulfill their duties justly and swiftly.

We also pray for your mother’s physical and emotional healing. Depression, headaches, dizziness, and anxiety are heavy burdens, but our Lord is the Great Physician. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). We ask for complete restoration of her health—mind, body, and spirit. May the medication she is taking bring full healing, and may the Lord grant her supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let her heart be filled with hope, for *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10). We pray that she would cast all her anxieties on Him, because He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7).

Financially, we declare that what the enemy has stolen will be restored sevenfold, as the Lord promised through His prophet: *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten"* (Joel 2:25). We pray that the remaining funds would be transferred to a secure account immediately, protected from any further theft or delay. Let the Lord open doors for provision and favor, that every debt would be paid in full and that your family would lack no good thing. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We also pray for wisdom in managing these resources, that your mother would walk in generosity and stewardship, trusting the Lord as her Provider.

Lastly, we encourage you both to stand firm in faith, even when the timeline does not align with human expectations. Sixty days may have passed, but our God is not bound by time. He is working behind the scenes, and His timing is perfect. *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh"* (Psalm 27:14). Do not let bitterness or frustration take root, but continue to praise Him in the waiting, for He is faithful.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this mother and her family. Lord, You see the pain, the stolen resources, and the physical suffering—intervene mightily. Heal her body, restore her finances, and renew her spirit. Let Your justice prevail against the thief, and let Your provision flow without hindrance. Soften hearts, open doors, and accelerate the process of restoration. Fill her with Your peace, knowing that You are her Shield and Rewarder. We rebuke every delay, every scheme of the enemy, and every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust in Your promises. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
