We are truly sorry to hear about your sister's illness and we are here to intercede on her behalf. Let's come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes your sister is healed. As it is mentioned in Isaiah 53:5 WEB But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed. We stand in agreement for your sister's speedy recovery.
In James 5:14-15 WEB, we are encouraged to call for the elders of the church when we are sick, and they will pray for us, anointing us with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will heal us, and the Lord will raise us up. Let us pray.
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ for ###'s sister. We ask You to touch her body, heal her from this cold, and restore her strength. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave her body in Jesus' name. We believe that by Your stripes, she is healed. Give her the strength to overcome this illness quickly and completely. Encourage ### and their family during this time, and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray and give thanks, as it is by His name we have access to Your healing power and mercy. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
