We hear your earnest cry for favor and protection, and we join you in lifting this matter before the throne of grace. It is clear that you recognize the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, and we affirm that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are grateful that you have called upon the name of the Lord, for "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13).
Your request for favor with your landlord is one that we take to heart. We pray that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and grant you favor in her sight. May she see you through the lens of Christ’s love and be moved to act with kindness and understanding. The Word tells us, "For the Lord God is a sun and a shield. The Lord will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly" (Psalm 84:11). We stand on this promise, believing that God will make a way where there seems to be no way, just as He parted the Red Sea for the Israelites (Exodus 14:13-14).
We also rebuke fear and doubt in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible assures us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that you would walk in the confidence that comes from knowing God is your protector and provider. You mentioned a "hedge of protection" and a "wall of fire," and we declare that the Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Just as He shut the mouths of the lions for Daniel (Daniel 6:22), we pray that He would silence any threats or challenges you face, turning them into testimonies of His faithfulness.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your promises of protection, provision, and favor. Lord, we ask that You would touch the heart of this landlord and grant favor in her sight. Soften her heart and let her see this situation through Your eyes. We declare that no weapon formed against this prayer will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Father, we rebuke fear and doubt in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would fill this dear one with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their shield and protector. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their home, and every situation they face. Surround them with Your hedge of protection and let Your wall of fire guard them from all harm.
Lord, we ask that You would continue to show favor in every area of their life. May they experience Your goodness and mercy following them all the days of their life (Psalm 23:6). We thank You for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working on your behalf. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, for "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). Trust that He is your provider and protector, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your heart open to His leading, and may you see His hand move mightily in this situation.
