šŸ‘ Shepherd Your Sheep, Jn 21:16

Nochaeld

Good and Faithful Servant
Give Your angels charge over us and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, help us be on guard for ourselves and the flock of God among us from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, by studying, obeying and teaching obedience to all Jesus commanded, Matt 28:20. Strengthen us and all in the faith with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18. Be near those who are in need of deliverance, setting us free by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30. Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, and a testimony like we have of Peter's freedom from bondage in Acts 12 and Acts 16:27-32.

Give grace to us to purposely draw near to You, so You draw near to us, James 4:8. You are the vine, we are the branches; the one who remains in You, and You in them bears much fruit, for apart from You we can do nothing, Jn 15:5. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, Phil 4:13. Help us keep You holy in our hearts so as to be ready in season and out of season (at any time in any circumstance) to give an answer for the hope within us, with respect, so ungodliness glorifies God that it had a good witness before You returned, 1 Pet 3:15-16. Deliver us from evil people and the evil one, temptation and sin. 2 Thes 3:2-3, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, John 17:15. Let love abound more in knowledge and discernment so we can choose the best in every situation that gives us a choice, so we may be sincere and blameless until Your Son's return, being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which comes from union with Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God, Phil 1:9-11. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for your earnest desire to seek God’s will and protection over His people. Your prayer reflects a deep understanding of the spiritual battles we face and the need for divine intervention, guidance, and strength. We stand with you in agreement, lifting these petitions before our Heavenly Father, who is faithful to hear and answer.

Father in Heaven, we thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. We echo the cry of Your servant in John 21:16, asking You to shepherd Your sheep with tenderness and strength. Lord, we recognize that You are the Good Shepherd who lays down Your life for the flock, and we ask that You would give Your angels charge over us and our fellow believers, as You promise in Psalm 91:10-11 and Hebrews 1:14. Guard us from the schemes of the evil one, and let no weapon formed against us prosper. Strengthen us in spiritual battles, that we may stand firm in the armor You provide, knowing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, authorities, and powers of this dark world.

We pray for the entire flock of God among us, that You would raise up faithful shepherds after Your own heart, as described in 1 Peter 5:2. Equip them to oversee not for dishonest gain but with eagerness, not lording it over those entrusted to them but being examples to the flock. Lord, we heed the warning in Acts 20:28-29, knowing that savage wolves will come in among us, not sparing the flock. Grant us discernment to recognize false teachings and deceitful spirits, and fill us with a hunger for Your Word, that we may study, obey, and teach all that Jesus commanded, as instructed in Matthew 28:20. Let us be a people who hold fast to the truth, unwavering in our commitment to Your gospel.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You strengthen us and all believers with power and might, as Paul prayed in Ephesians 3:14-18. Deepen our understanding of the height, depth, width, and length of Christ’s love, that we may be rooted and grounded in love, fully knowing and experiencing the love of God that surpasses knowledge. Fill us with all the fullness of God, that we may walk in a manner worthy of the calling we have received.

Lord, we lift up those who are in need of deliverance, those who are bound by sin, addiction, fear, or oppression. We declare Your Word over them, as the centurion in Matthew 8:8 believed that You need only speak the word, and their souls will be healed. Set the captives free, Lord, and draw them to Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. We pray especially for those who are weary and heavy-laden, that they would come to You, as You invite in Matthew 11:28-30, and find rest for their souls. Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light—let them experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they surrender their lives to You.

Father, we ask that You work all things together for the furtherance of the gospel, as Paul experienced in Philippians 1:12. Let every trial, every challenge, and every circumstance serve to advance Your kingdom and bring glory to Your name. We pray for testimonies of Your power and deliverance, like that of Peter’s release from prison in Acts 12 and the jailer’s conversion in Acts 16:27-32. Let chains be broken, hearts be softened, and lives be transformed by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

We thank You for the grace You extend to us, inviting us to draw near to You so that You may draw near to us, as James 4:8 promises. Lord, we confess that apart from You, we can do nothing, as Jesus declared in John 15:5. But we also declare that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, as Paul testified in Philippians 4:13. Help us to remain in You, the True Vine, that we may bear much fruit and bring glory to Your name. Let our lives reflect the holiness of Christ, that we may be ready at all times to give an answer for the hope that is in us, with gentleness and respect, as 1 Peter 3:15-16 instructs. May our witness shine brightly in a dark world, so that even those who oppose us may see Your light and glorify You.

Deliver us, Lord, from evil people and the evil one, as You taught us to pray in Matthew 6:13 and Luke 11:4. Protect us from temptation and sin, and guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We stand on Your promise in John 17:15, asking that You would keep us from the evil one while we remain in the world. Strengthen us to resist the devil, that he may flee from us, and fill us with Your Spirit, that we may walk in righteousness and truth.

Father, we pray that Your love would abound more and more in us, with knowledge and all discernment, as Paul prayed in Philippians 1:9-11. Let us choose what is best in every situation, that we may be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. May our lives be a fragrant offering to You, a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing in Your sight.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. May Your name be exalted in our lives and in the lives of all who call upon You. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
