We hear the distress in your request and we lift you up before the throne of grace together, for you have been carrying a heavy burden of suffering through many sleepless nights. To dread going to bed and to wonder whether you will wake in the morning is a deep trial, and we weep with you over this affliction while we bring it to the Lord who sees you and knows every breath you take.
We thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved and healed. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13. We rejoice that you have asked in that mighty name.
We are reminded that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 and that the Lord is our healer. He has said, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to the promise that He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We also hear the anxiety and fear that has come with this long season of sleep deprivation, and we gently point you to the peace God desires for you. God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7, and we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. That peace is what can guard your heart when night comes and dread tries to take hold.
The Lord also cares deeply about your sleep. It is written, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones Psalm 127:2, and I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We pray that He restores this gift to you.
We want to encourage you as you wait on the Lord for complete restoration to also be a good steward of the body God has given you. We urge you to continue to seek wise medical counsel, to see doctors or allergists who can help identify triggers and provide treatment, for the Lord often works through the wisdom and skill He has given to physicians, and to keep your sleeping environment as clean and free from irritants as possible. Above all, keep crying out to Him night and day, trusting that He hears every prayer.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear one who has suffered for so long with respiratory distress, swelling, mucus, and intense itching, especially in the night watches. Lord, You know every sleepless hour, every moment of fear, every labored breath. We ask in Jesus name that You would touch this body with Your healing hand. We pray that You would calm all allergic reactions, clear the airways, soothe the throat and skin, remove all inflammation and irritation, and restore the immune system to function as You designed it. We rebuke every affliction of the body and command allergies to leave in Jesus name. Father, restore health fully and grant deep, uninterrupted, peaceful sleep, to sleep like a child in Your arms. Take away the dread of the night and replace it with Your perfect peace and assurance. Let Your presence guard this heart and mind, and let sleep come as a gift from Your hand. We pray for wisdom for doctors and for discernment in daily choices, and above all for a complete testimony of Your healing power, that this life may glorify You. We thank You that You hear us, for Your Word says You are near to all who call on You in truth. We entrust this beloved one into Your loving care, trusting in Your will and Your mercy, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer, amen.
We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that the Lord who never slumbers will watch over you through each night and will bring restoration in His perfect time. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting in Jesus, and let His peace guard your heart as you rest in His hands.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
