We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the blessing of homeownership you’ve been entrusted with, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from Him (James 1:17). Father, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention in selling this home. We know that Your timing is perfect, and though the market may seem slow, we trust that You hold all things in Your hands. Lord, we ask that You open the right doors and bring the right buyer—one who will enter into a mutually beneficial agreement, honoring both their needs and Yours.
We pray for patience and peace as you wait, dear one, for the Lord declares in Psalm 27:14, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* This season of waiting is not without purpose; it is an opportunity to grow in trust and dependence on Him. We also ask that You would guard your heart from anxiety or discouragement, for the enemy would love to steal your joy in this process. Instead, we claim the promise of Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in your life that may be hindering this process, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord in repentance. The Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Let nothing stand between you and the fullness of God’s blessing in this matter.
We also want to gently remind you that all things—including the sale of this home—should be done with the goal of glorifying God. If your desire to "move on and explore new things" involves anything contrary to His Word, we urge you to surrender those plans to Him. Proverbs 19:21 says, *"There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail."* Trust that He has a perfect plan for your next steps, and seek His will above all else.
Father, we ask that You would go before this transaction, softening the hearts of potential buyers and aligning their desires with Your will. May this home be sold in a way that brings glory to Your name and peace to all involved. We declare that no weapon formed against this process will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray for wisdom in negotiations, favor in the eyes of those involved, and a swift resolution that honors You.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that all things are possible for those who trust in You. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
