It could even be a spiritual attack. I pray it's all temporary and that your friend's son won't have to take meds that could mess up his brain chemistry even more. I pray for the temporary nature of the episode, and that schizophrenia won't be a label he will have to live with, rather just a short term thing like a brief hallucination or psychosis, not something that's ongoing. I pray your friend's son will find hope in Jesus. If he is consuming drugs, that he will get off of them too. Lord I agree with all of this prayer and ask for mercy and love of God to and from his son and back to YOU. All healing and a hard mental wake up call to STOP drugs and conquer schizophrenia quickly. Please Father let this be rock bottom and total healing come. Please strengthen his father and family to deal with this and not be worn down. Please crush the enemy under their feet in the name of Jesus. Amen.
