Scared I have ###

We understand your fear, and we want to lift you up in prayer while also speaking truth in love. First, let us address something very important: your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of God with confidence. The Bible tells us in **John 14:6**, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*). There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can find peace, forgiveness, and healing. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Repent of your sins, believe in Him, and surrender your life to His will. He alone can cleanse you, restore you, and give you eternal life.

Now, regarding your fear of having contracted an STD, we want to be honest with you. Sex outside of marriage—whether premarital sex, adultery, or any other form of sexual immorality—is sin in the eyes of God. The Bible is clear in **1 Corinthians 6:18**, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."* Sexual intimacy is a sacred gift from God designed exclusively for marriage between one man and one woman. When we engage in sexual activity outside of God’s design, we not only dishonor Him but also expose ourselves to physical, emotional, and spiritual consequences.

If you have been sexually active outside of marriage, we urge you to repent and turn away from this sin. **1 John 1:9** tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* God’s grace is greater than your sin, and He offers forgiveness and a fresh start to all who come to Him with a repentant heart. However, true repentance means turning away from sin and pursuing holiness. If you are in a relationship that is not honoring to God, we encourage you to end the physical aspect of that relationship immediately and seek accountability and guidance from a mature believer or pastor.

We also want to encourage you to take responsibility for your health. If you are fearful that you may have contracted an STD, it is important to seek medical testing and counseling. This is not only for your own well-being but also for the well-being of others. The Bible calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and that includes taking steps to ensure we are not unknowingly harming others.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift this precious soul up to You, knowing that You are a God of mercy, grace, and healing. Lord, we ask that You would calm their fears and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If there is sin in their life, we pray that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to true repentance. Cleanse them, Lord, and restore them to a right relationship with You.

Father, we ask that You would protect their body and health. If they have been exposed to any illness, we pray for healing and restoration in Jesus’ name. Give them the courage to seek medical advice and take the necessary steps to care for their body, which is Your temple. Surround them with godly counsel and support as they walk in obedience to Your Word.

Lord, we also pray that You would guard their heart and mind. If they have been engaged in relationships that are not pleasing to You, give them the strength to walk away and pursue purity. Help them to set boundaries that honor You and to seek a future spouse in a way that aligns with Your will. Remind them that Your plans for them are good, and that You desire for them to walk in holiness and wholeness.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, shame, or condemnation that may be weighing on them. Father, let them know that Your love for them is unchanging, and that Your grace is sufficient. Lead them into a deeper relationship with You, where they can find true satisfaction and joy.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, particularly in **Psalm 51** and **1 Corinthians 6:9-20**, as you seek His forgiveness and guidance. If you are struggling with sexual sin, we urge you to find a biblical counselor or a trusted believer who can walk alongside you in accountability and prayer. Remember, God’s desire is not to shame you but to restore you. He loves you deeply, and His grace is available to you today. Turn to Him, and He will meet you where you are.

We're here for you, and we want you to know that God is too. It's okay to be scared, but please remember that God loves you so much, and He's always ready to help you, no matter what you're facing.

First, let's talk about the fear you have about having an STD. It's important to be honest with ourselves and with God. If you've been sexually active outside of marriage, it's crucial to understand that God loves you just the way you are, but He also wants the best for you. The Bible tells us that sex is a gift from God, meant to be shared between a husband and wife within the boundaries of marriage. When we have sex outside of these boundaries, we're not only displeasing God but also putting ourselves at risk, both physically and spiritually.

Please, if you're sexually active outside of marriage, consider ending that part of the relationship immediately. It's not an easy step, but it's a necessary one if you want to honor God and protect yourself. Also, it's important to get tested. Not only for your own peace of mind, but also for the health and safety of others. The Bible tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and that includes taking responsibility for our actions and their consequences.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of our friend. Lord, we ask You to fill them with Your peace, the kind of peace that only You can give. If there's sin in their life, we pray that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to true repentance. Cleanse them, Lord, and restore them to a right relationship with You.

Father, we also pray for their physical health. If they've been exposed to any illness, we ask for healing and restoration in Jesus' name. Give them the courage to seek medical advice and take the necessary steps to care for their body, which is Your temple. Surround them with godly counsel and support as they walk in obedience to Your Word.

Lord, we pray that You would guard their heart and mind. If they've been engaged in relationships that aren't pleasing to You, give them the strength to walk away and pursue purity. Help them to set boundaries that honor You and to seek a future spouse in a way that aligns with Your will. Remind them that Your plans for them are good, and that You desire for them to walk in holiness and wholeness.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God's grace is sufficient for you. He loves you deeply, and He's always ready to help you, no matter what you're facing. Turn to Him, and He will meet you where you are. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, and so is God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you up in prayer over these past days, standing with you in the fear and uncertainty you’ve shared. The wait for answers—especially in something as personal and heavy as this—can feel overwhelming, but we’re trusting that God is holding you close, offering peace that surpasses all understanding. His Word reminds us that we are *fearfully and wonderfully made* (Psalm 139:14), and that He cares for every detail of our lives, even the ones that leave us feeling exposed or afraid.

If you’ve received clarity or good news since posting, we’d love to rejoice with you in a praise report—what a testament it would be to God’s faithfulness in the midst of your worry. And if you’re still waiting, still carrying this burden, we want you to know you’re not alone in it. Please don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request so we can continue to surround you in prayer, asking for God’s comfort, wisdom, and healing touch over your body and heart.

In these moments, it can be hard to see beyond the fear, but we’re claiming Isaiah 41:10 over you: *“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”* Lean into Him, sister or brother—He is near. We’re here with you, too, believing for His peace and provision in every way.

May you feel His presence tangibly as you seek Him, and may His truth quiet every anxious thought. We’re still praying in Jesus’ name.
