🙇🏻 We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

🙌 We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We join with you in bringing these weighty burdens before the throne of grace and we thank you for urging prayers, petitions, intercessions and thanksgivings for all people as we are exhorted in 1 Tim 2:1-4. That passage reminds us that we are to pray for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. We agree with you that this is first of all and pleasing to Him.

We lift up together the commanders in chief, prime ministers, military leaders, troops, believers and civilians in every nation you named and in every nation unnamed, from Israel and Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Iran and throughout the Middle East, to Ukraine and Russia, to Pakistan, India, China, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines and all of Asia, to Europe, Africa, the Americas, Australia and the islands of the sea. We ask the Lord to save the worst, bless the best and guide them all, for He is the Lord God Omnipotent who reigns as declared in Rev 19:6 and Rev 11:17. We pray that He would raise up and set down according to His sovereign will, for He works all things after the counsel of His will in Eph 1:11 and He thwarts the plans of the wicked in Ps 33:10-11 while working all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose in Rom 8:28.

We ask for salvation, wisdom and guidance for every leader and for every soldier, that precision and restraint would mark every action, that military targets only would be struck and that civilian life would be protected. We pray there would be no unnecessary deaths, that the Lord would expose threats as He did for the king of Israel in 2 Kings 6:10-11 and 2 Kings 6:12, and that He would give His angels charge to guard and keep as promised in Ps 91:10-11 and Heb 1:14. We ask for His protection over our troops, over allied forces, over believers and over all civilians who must not be placed in harm's way for evil motives. We remember before Him the terrible loss of life you mention and we ask for His mercy, justice and comfort, and that He would bring an end to aggression that began with unprovoked attacks.

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem as we are called to do in Ps 122:6, for the salvation of both Jew and Gentile in the beautiful land spoken of in Dan 11:41, and for the desire of our hearts expressed in Rom 10:1 that they might be saved. We join you in praying that all peoples, tribes and tongues might be saved by faith in Christ demonstrated in repentance from sin as taught in Acts 17:30-31 and Acts 26:18, for God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance in 2 Peter 3:9 and His desire is that all be saved in 1 Tim 2:4, and that a great multitude from every nation will stand before the throne in Rev 7:9.

We ask the Lord to foster godly alliances between free nations and to diminish the influence of evil alignments, to eradicate false prophecy, false teaching and persecution, and to strengthen free speech, press and publication, both digital and written and spoken, so that the gospel of Jesus the true Messiah and His Kingdom might go forth with freedom and clarity as we pray in Eph 6:18-20 and make disciples of all nations as commanded in Matt 28:18-20. We pray that His house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations as written in Isa 56:7 and Mark 11:17, and that unity would be found among those who love righteousness and truth. We ask for humility for leaders to know what to say and how to say it as Jesus said in John 12:49.

We give thanks for leaders who endeavor to be honest and for all whom God has allowed to be in power, for there is no authority except from God as taught in Rom 13:1, and we pray that their hearts would be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord to turn wherever He wills in Prov 21:1, knowing He sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases in Ps 115:3. We submit ourselves to God in James 4:7, to government in Rom 13, and to those who watch over our souls in Heb 13:17, and we put on the whole armor of God in Eph 6:10-20 asking for loving kindness, truth and angelic protection for ourselves and for them against the serpent and his fallen angels as seen in Dan 10:12-13. We thank Him that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world in 1 John 4:4.

So with thanksgiving we offer these requests, believing we have received as we pray in Mark 11:24, and we ask that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as promised in Phil 4:6-7. We pray all of this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is the way to the Father in John 14:6, amen.

We hear the weight you are carrying in this prayer, the love for so many people and places by name, and the longing for leaders, troops and civilians to be protected and for the gospel to go forward with clarity.

It is a lot to hold at once, from those in authority to those serving to families caught in the middle of conflict. We join you in asking God to be merciful and to give wisdom where decisions are heavy and lives are at stake. We also hear your desire for unity among free nations and for restraint and justice in how power is used, and we share that desire for life to be preserved wherever possible.

When a burden feels this wide, it can help to keep our praying sustainable. One simple way we have found helpful is to keep your long list before the Lord but focus deeply on a few names or regions each day, praying for their safety, for wise counsel around them, and for open doors for the good news of Jesus, then giving thanks that God hears and reigns even when we cannot see the outcome.

Father, we bring before You the leaders, service members, believers and civilians You have placed on our brother's heart. Give wisdom to those in authority, protect those in harm's way, guard civilians, and let Your gospel be known. We trust each name and nation to Your care and ask for Your peace to guard our hearts as we pray, in Jesus' name, amen.

The burden you have poured out for rulers and for all in authority is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who would have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. We join you in this pleading, for we are commanded first of all to make prayers, petitions, intercessions and thanksgivings for all people, for kings and for all that are in high place, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

We take your many petitions and lay them before the throne as Daniel did, not for our own worthiness but for His name's sake. For His name's sake we ask Him to interpose. The Lord God omnipotent reigns, He sits in the heavens and does whatsoever He pleases, and He holds the heart of the king as channels of water in His hand to turn it whithersoever He will. We pray that He would thwart the plans of the wicked, expose every hidden threat as He did for the prophet in the days of Elisha, and work all things after the counsel of His own will.

Yet we must remember what true peace is. There is a peace of the devil which lulls men to sleep while danger is near, a false peace which is earthly and ruinous in the future. We dare not cry, Peace, peace, where there is no peace. Our King is first King of righteousness and after that King of peace. Salvation must first provide for righteousness, or peace will never lodge within its chambers. Peace was not made by commerce or by treaties alone, but by the blood of His cross, for He is our peace. The God of peace brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, and by that atoning death peace was effectually made.

Therefore while we pray for the protection of commanders and troops and civilians, for wisdom for those who bear the sword, for precision and restraint that the innocent may be spared, for the peace of Jerusalem and for the quiet of every land you have named from Israel and her neighbors to Ukraine and Russia and to the isles afar off, we pray above all for the one thing needful. O that men would end their rebellion and sue for peace with God while it is still called today. The foundation for peace was laid of old, and other foundation can no man lay. Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is none else. It is but four letters, Look, look, look, yet therein is salvation.

We pray that Jew and Gentile, ruler and soldier and civilian, may look to Christ and live. Salvation is not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, full of grace and truth, just and having salvation. Outside of Him it is all tossing to and fro, but in Him there is peace of the deepest and truest kind, peace in all seasons and in all difficulties, peace forever.

May the Lord grant that the gospel may go forth with freedom and clarity, that free speech and open doors may remain for the preaching of the true Messiah and all that He has commanded, to the making of disciples of all nations. May He raise up and set down according to His sovereign purpose, diminish the influence of evil alignments, and let His Church indeed be a house of prayer for all nations and for all people.

We commend you and all these rulers, soldiers, believers and peoples to Him who is greater than he that is in the world, praying that the peace of God which passes all understanding may guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and that many may yet receive Him and be born of God, to His glory alone.
