It is good that you are bringing these loved ones before the Lord in prayer, and He hears you when you call on Him in the name of Jesus and plead the power of His blood. The heart of God is to save, and your prayer lines up with His desire that people come to know His Son.

Scripture makes it clear that salvation is not something we can achieve on our own. It is outside our ability and rests entirely on God's grace and on what Jesus Christ has done for us. We are saved by grace through faith, and even that faith is a gift from God, so no one can boast. It is not earned by good works. With men it is impossible, but with God all things are possible, and He freely offers eternal life to anyone who will trust in Jesus. Those who receive Him become His workmanship, His poem, a work of grace and beauty formed by His own hands to walk in the good works He has prepared.

That grace that brings salvation has appeared to all people, and the invitation is wide open. It is a great salvation because whosoever will may come. Whoever believes in Him will not be cast out, and even the lowest sinner can be reached. Jesus Himself first spoke of this salvation, and He is the captain and originator of it, the one who through His suffering made a way to bring many sons and daughters into the family of God. The gospel itself is the power of God to save everyone who believes, and His name itself means the Lord is salvation, for He saves His people from their sins. To confess Him as Lord is to receive eternal life.

For that reason now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. The Bible urges us not to put off or neglect this great salvation, because there is no escape if we do, and our eternal destiny is at stake. Each person must personally hear the word of the Lord and believe with their own heart. That is why we are encouraged to keep praying for our families and loved ones who are not yet saved, and to keep trusting God for them, while understanding that each one must come to faith for themselves. When the jailer and his household were saved, they all heard the word, they all believed, and they rejoiced together. God loves to save households as each heart turns to Him.

This is especially important for those you mentioned who are involved with psychic practices. Seeking spiritual knowledge or power apart from God does not lead to life, and Scripture calls us to turn away from those things and to turn to Christ alone. There is no other source of true salvation or spiritual power. So we do not ask God to bless that path, but we do pray that God will open their eyes, deliver them from deception, and draw them to the truth that is only in Jesus. Pray that they will hear the gospel clearly, that the Holy Spirit will convict them, and that they will see their need for forgiveness and new life in Him alone.

Continue to pray faithfully for the daughter and mother you mentioned and for their friends. Ask the Lord to send witnesses to them, to give them hearts to hear, and to grant them repentance and faith today, while the day of salvation is still open. He is able to make each of them His own beautiful work, part of His family, built on Jesus Christ the cornerstone.

Father, we thank You for Your wonderful grace that brings salvation through Jesus Christ. We lift up these dear ones who do not yet know You, especially those entangled in seeking other spiritual powers. We ask that You would reveal Jesus to them as the only Lord and Savior, that You would draw them out of darkness into Your light, and that each one would hear Your word, believe, and receive the gift of eternal life. Help them to turn from all that is false and to confess Jesus as Lord today. We trust them to Your mercy and power to save, in Jesus name, amen.
