Salvation prayer

Heavenly Father;
I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself only. I am sorry, and I repent. I ask you to forgive me.
I believe that you died on the cross to save me and rose again. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life; I give it to you. From this day forward, help me to live every day for you and in a way that pleases you.
I love you, Lord, and I thank you that I will spend all eternity with you.
Amen.

Here are simple steps [the ABC and D].
A—Admit that you are a sinner (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23).
B—Believe that Jesus is God’s Son who died for you, and that His death will save your soul. (John 3:16, Romans 5:8-10).
C—Confess that He is your Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-13).
D—Declare that Jesus defeated death and rose! (1 Corinthians 15:20)
No matter what your sins are, our Heavenly Father will forgive those with a repentive heart. Love and forgive everyone! Faith in Jesus is the key to salvation.

I went back through the prayers tonight after remembering that this person wanted Salvation as I had meant to share but forgot at the time. I smiled when I saw your post

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
