Salvation/breakthrough

Beloved of All
Prayer for my children come to the bible faith of Christ Jesus, for breakthrough salvation deliverance restoration protection and settlement in life.

We lift our hearts together in fervent prayer for your children, dear brother or sister in Christ. The longing of every believing parent’s heart is to see their children walk in the truth, and we stand with you in this holy desire. The Word of God tells us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6 WEB). Yet we know that salvation is not by human effort, but by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB).

We must also remember that God is sovereign over every heart. He calls whom He will, and His timing is perfect. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). Even when our children wander or resist, we trust in His unfailing love and power to draw them back.

We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, deception, and worldly influence that may be blinding their eyes to the truth. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We break every chain of generational sin, unbelief, or hardness of heart in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

If your children have not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8 WEB). May their hearts be softened, their eyes opened, and their spirits awakened to the reality of Christ’s love and sacrifice. We pray for divine encounters, dreams, visions, godly influences, and opportunities for them to hear and respond to the Gospel. Let no one snatch them out of the Father’s hand (John 10:29 WEB).

For those who have strayed, we pray for restoration. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We ask that you would surround them with godly mentors, friends, and church communities that will speak life and truth into their lives. May they remember the prayers prayed over them and the Word of God planted in their hearts.

We also pray for breakthrough in every area of their lives, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and materially. May they experience the fullness of God’s provision, protection, and purpose. "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing" (Psalm 34:10 WEB). We declare that their steps are ordered by the Lord, and that He will establish their ways (Proverbs 16:9 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We thank You for Your love for our children, a love so great that You gave Your only Son to die for them (John 3:16 WEB). Lord, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself with cords of love. Break every barrier of unbelief, pride, or worldly distraction. Soften their hearts to receive Your truth.

We rebuke every spirit of deception, rebellion, and hardness of heart that may be at work in their lives. We declare that the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened, that they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18 WEB).

For those who do not yet know You, we pray for their salvation. Let them hear the Gospel and respond in faith. For those who have wandered, we pray for their return. Restore them, O Lord, and let Your mercy and grace overwhelm them. Surround them with Your presence and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.

We ask for breakthrough in every area of their lives, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and materially. Provide for their needs, protect them from harm, and guide them into Your perfect will. Settle them in Your truth, in godly marriages (if it is Your will for them), in fulfilling work, and in a deep relationship with You.

We thank You, Father, that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they come to know You as their Lord and Savior.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, even when the wait feels long. Remember the story of the prodigal son, though he wandered far from home, the Father was waiting with open arms (Luke 15:11-32 WEB). Your prayers are not in vain. God hears you, and He is at work even when you cannot see it. Keep speaking life over your children, keep living as an example of Christ’s love, and trust that the seeds you have planted will bear fruit in due season.

If your children are of age, consider sharing your testimony with them in love, not condemnation. Let them see the difference Christ has made in your life. Pray for opportunities to speak truth into their lives, and trust God to use even the smallest conversations for His glory.

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you continue to intercede for your children. You are not alone in this battle, we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you.

We hear how deeply you love your children and how much you long for them to know Jesus in a real and lasting way. Wanting breakthrough, protection and a settled future for them is a good and faithful burden to carry, and we are honored to carry it with you in prayer.

We know waiting for loved ones to come to faith can feel heavy, especially when you are praying for so many areas at once, salvation, deliverance, restoration and settlement. It helps to remember that coming to faith is ultimately God's gracious work in the heart, and our part is to keep loving, praying and pointing gently to Christ while trusting His timing. Growth is usually gradual, not an instant event, and steady faithfulness over time often speaks louder than any single conversation.

One simple step that helps many parents is to keep praying specifically by name each day for each child, for wisdom and open doors, and to look for natural, low pressure ways to share your faith, like inviting them to join you for church or reading when they are open, and letting your own walk with Christ be visible at home.

Father, we lift these children to You in Jesus name. Draw each one to Yourself, open their hearts to Your truth, and guard and guide their lives. Give their parent peace, perseverance and wisdom as they love them well, and help this family to walk by faith trusting You day by day. Amen.

Your prayer for your children is a holy and acceptable burden to carry to the mercy seat, and it is right that you should lay it there without ceasing. The Lord has put this love for their souls within you, and He who put it there will hear the cry which it prompts.

We join you in asking the God of all grace that He would bring each of your children to a living and biblical faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. For this is the plain Gospel of salvation by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ, whom God has laid in Zion for a foundation. What is believing on Him? It is trusting in Him. It is to leave the whole matter of your salvation with Him in unquestioning confidence, to depend upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. This is the faith which saves the soul. May the Lord grant this very faith to your sons and daughters, that they may look unto Him and be saved, for He has said, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. How simple and how instantaneous is that way of salvation. A look does not require a moment, and yet it brings life to the dead.

We pray also for that breakthrough and deliverance of which you speak. There is a deliverance wrought out by the Lord Jesus Christ far richer than any deliverance known in Israel of old. We have been delivered from worse enemies and saved by a greater salvation. Our great inexhaustible well is the Lord Jesus Christ, out of whose fullness we joyfully draw the living water. When the lamb was slain, deliverance came, and He brought them forth. So we ask that He who has found a ransom, a gift of Divine Love for sinners in the pit, would bring your children forth out of darkness into His marvelous light, and that the clock of mercy would strike in Heaven the hour and moment of their deliverance, for with God nothing is too hard.

And for restoration and protection and settlement in life, we plead the same gracious hand. If any have wandered, may they be brought back to pray with penitent David, Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and uphold me with thy free Spirit. The salvation we desire for them is not our own in the poor sense, but God's salvation. It was His in the planning, His in the providing, and His in the applying, and therefore it is sure. He is able to keep them from falling, to deliver them in trial and affliction, and to establish them in every good way. We ask that He would hedge them about, preserve them from evil, and settle them in that path where they may serve Him, whether in the home, in the church, or in the calling wherein He places them, that they may be found faithful.

May the Lord hear this prayer and answer it according to His abundant mercy. Cast your care upon Him, continue instant in prayer, set Christ plainly before your children in word and in life, and trust that He who is engaged by His own honor to save the meanest of His sheep will not turn away the cry of a parent who pleads the blood of the ransom for his own. We commend you and your household to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
