We stand with you in this time of need, lifting you up before the Lord for protection and deliverance from those who seek to harm you. The Scriptures remind us that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet, we are assured that the Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He is the one who shields us and keeps us safe from the schemes of the wicked.
The Word of God declares in Psalm 91:9-11, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* We claim this promise over you, trusting that the Lord will surround you with His divine protection and thwart every plan of the enemy to bring you harm.
It is also written in Proverbs 18:10, *"Yahweh’s name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe."* You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and the authority to stand against the powers of darkness.
We pray now with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is facing the threat of harm. Lord, You are the God who sees all things and knows the hearts of men. We ask that You expose and frustrate every plan of the enemy to bring harm or evil against Your servant. Surround them with Your heavenly angels, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, violence, and oppression in the name of Jesus. Let those who seek to harm Your child be confounded and turned back. Cause them to stumble in their own schemes, and let their plans come to nothing. Lord, we ask that You would either change the hearts of those who seek to do evil or remove them from the path of Your servant. May Your justice and righteousness prevail.
Strengthen this beloved one with Your might, Lord, and let them walk in the confidence that You are with them always. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them rest in the assurance that You are their protector and deliverer.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to watch over Your children. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stay steadfast in your faith, dear one. Do not waver in trusting the Lord, for He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and continue to walk in obedience to His Word. If fear or doubt begins to creep in, remember the promise of Psalm 56:3: *"When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."* The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
If there are practical steps you can take to ensure your safety, such as seeking wise counsel or involving authorities if necessary, do so with discernment and prayer. The Lord often works through the wisdom and actions of His people. Above all, continue to cover yourself in prayer and the reading of God’s Word, for these are your greatest weapons in the spiritual battle.
We are standing with you in this, and we trust the Lord to keep you safe under the shadow of His wings.
