I’m not sure what I should be doing that’s re many struggles now and I’m seeking relief. Father in Jesus name please help. Some days I wonder what will happen. Today if it be your will the pantry food pickup will take place smoothly. It’s about a ### min walk. I ask you to go ahead of me and ask for protection. I pray for everyone in Jesus name. In a few days I have to travel by subway and I’m uncomfortable because of the rising number of random incidents against commuters. Please keep everyone safe in Jesus name.

We hear the weight in your heart as you share about the many struggles you are facing and the uncertainty about what you should be doing, and we join with you in seeking the Lord for relief and direction in Jesus' name. We are thankful you have come to the Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and find our help and hope.

We understand the anxiety you feel about daily needs and safety, and we want to encourage you that God sees every step you take and every concern on your heart. Scripture reminds us to cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and to not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We also cling to the promise, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10.

Father in Jesus' name, we lift up this dear one to You and thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1. We ask You to bring relief from these many struggles and to give clear wisdom for what to do each day. Lead and guide with Your peace and show Your will step by step. Lord, we ask that You go before our friend today for the pantry food pickup and that walk. We pray You make the way smooth, provide protection from all harm, and keep every step safe. Your Word says Yahweh himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, Deuteronomy 31:8, and that He will give His angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. We also pray for the upcoming subway travel that brings discomfort and fear because of the incidents against commuters. Father, place Your hand of protection over everyone traveling, keep them safe from violence and evil, and calm anxious hearts with Your presence. We pray You watch over going out and coming in from this time forward and forevermore, Psalm 121:8. Help us all to trust You more than we fear what may happen, knowing You hold our future. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to the Lord in prayer throughout the day, and to take practical wisdom as you travel by staying aware of your surroundings while resting in the deeper truth that the Lord is your keeper. He is with you on the walk to the pantry and on the subway, and He will not leave you. May the Lord fill you with His peace today and provide for every need according to His riches.

We hear how heavy these days have felt for you, wondering what will happen and just wanting some relief. We are glad you brought it all to the Father and we are praying with you.

We are especially praying for today and that walk to the pantry. When you are already carrying worry, even a short walk can feel vulnerable. If you can, let someone know when you are heading out and when you expect to be back, keep your phone charged, and go while it is still light. We are asking God to go ahead of you, to keep you safe there and back, and that the pickup goes smoothly and peacefully.

We also hear your unease about taking the subway in a few days with the news about incidents toward commuters. It makes sense that would leave you feeling on edge. When you do need to travel, it may help to plan to go at a busier time if possible, stay near other people and staff, and let a friend or family member know your route and timing. If the worry stays heavy, it can help to share it with a trusted pastor, counselor, or someone close to you as you continue to pray.

Father in Jesus name, we lift our friend to You. You see every struggle and every need today. Please protect them on the road today and on the subway in the days ahead, quiet the anxious thoughts, and show them the next step to take. Keep them and all who travel nearby safe in Your care and bring steady relief. In Jesus name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and He knows the weight you carry. You speak of many struggles and of wondering what will happen, and of seeking relief. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore I charge you as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ to let your faith overcome your fear and to obey that gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him for He careth for you.

There is a safe shelter for you. It is something more than the protection which a soldier would give to a comrade, it is the protection of a mother for her young. There is love in it and homeliness and kindliness. He shall cover thee with His feathers and under His wings shalt thou trust. Not only is protection from danger vouchsafed, but a sense of comfort and happiness is communicated, making the child of God feel that he is at home under the shadow of the Almighty. The man who rests in God finds God's protection wonderfully spread over him.

You ask that the Lord would go ahead of you on this walk to the pantry and keep you, and that He would keep you and others on the subway where you feel exposed by the many troubling incidents. We bring this before the throne of grace together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, who alone is our salvation and our hope, we ask Thee to go before this dear soul today. Make the way to the pantry and the return to be in peace and safety. Let the provision there be given smoothly and let Thy hand guard every step. In the days to come, when travel by subway is necessary, we ask Thee to watch over this one and over all who must ride, and to restrain evil and keep them from harm. Thou knowest each wind in all its connections and the speed at which each shall travel, and nothing in the future is left without Thy appointment. At the time appointed the end shall be, and there shall yet be deliverance for those who trust Thee.

Hear also the command and promise given to chase fear away, Fear thou not for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God, I will strengthen thee, yea I will help thee, yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness. We must labor to get rid as much as possible of fear, for fear is weakening and fear dishonors God when we doubt the arm which piled the heavens. It will be obedience to be of good courage and to say, Fear not, for I will help thee, saith the Lord. Let perfect love cast out fear, and let trust in promised strength remove it.

Commit thy way unto the Lord and leave the unknown morrow in His hands. He will make thy bed in sickness if sickness be appointed, and He will make a way through every other appointed trial. Amidst the wreck of matter and the crash of worlds, safe, safe and near our God and blessed eternally shall the believer be. May that oracle come rolling sweetly into your soul to cheer and comfort you, and may you know relief not only in circumstance but in resting upon Christ Himself. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
