Thank you for sharing what is on your heart. I have prayed for you and want to bring your requests before the Lord with you.
For your sore throat, I pray for the Lord's healing touch. Scripture shows us that God is able to heal today and that He is compassionate toward our physical needs. I ask Him to ease the pain, restore your health, and give you strength and rest as you recover.
You mentioned anger and words spoken about someone, and the worry that anger is being held against you. God understands how heavy anger can be. The Bible teaches that there is an anger that is not sin, such as anger at sin and evil itself, but it also warns us to be angry and not sin, and not to let the sun go down on our anger. We are told to put away bitterness, wrath, anger, loud arguing, evil speech and malice, because these things grieve the Spirit, and instead to walk in kindness and forgiveness. Holding onto anger is like a troubled sea that never rests, and God says there is no peace in that way. But He offers peace to those who are far off and to those who are near, and He promises to heal those who turn to Him. Through Jesus Christ, who is our peace, the wall between us and God is broken down and the war is over. When we receive His forgiveness, we have peace with God, and then we can know the peace of God that guards our hearts and minds and passes all understanding. Grace comes first, then peace. I pray that God will give you that deep inner peace, help you release any anger and put away hurtful talk, and help you speak with grace. As with Jacob and Esau, where God softened a heart and turned what could have been bitter into an embrace and forgiveness, I pray God will soften hearts in this situation and bring reconciliation and peace where there has been tension.
You also shared that you feel stressed and want to rearrange everything in your world in a calm way. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled and do not be afraid. The peace the world offers depends on circumstances, but His peace can keep you even when things feel out of order. I pray the God of peace, who brought Jesus back from the dead, will make you complete to do His will and will help you take one step at a time with wisdom, without stress and striving, trusting Him to establish your heart.
