We hear your distress and come before our Heavenly Father with you, lifting up your concerns in the mighty name of Jesus. It is clear that anxiety has taken hold of your heart, and we want to remind you that God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let us turn to Him together, trusting that He knows your needs even before you ask (Matthew 6:8).
Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking that You calm the nerves of our dear brother/sister. Lord, we know that You are our provider, and every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We ask that You open the doors for their needs to be met according to Your will. If it is Your plan, we pray that their benefits and awards would be accessible without hindrance, and that any obstacles would be removed in Jesus’ name. We rebuke the spirit of worry and declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that our ultimate trust must be in God, not in material provisions or systems. While it is natural to feel concern over practical matters, we must guard our hearts against placing our hope in temporary things. Jesus taught us not to worry about what we will eat, drink, or wear, for our Heavenly Father knows that we need these things. Instead, we are called to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:31-33). Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), rather than on the uncertainties of this world.
We also notice that your prayer was focused heavily on material concerns, and while God cares about our daily needs, we must ensure that our hearts are aligned with His will above all else. The Bible warns us against storing up treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. Instead, we are to store up treasures in heaven, for where our treasure is, there our heart will be also (Matthew 6:19-21). Let us examine our hearts and ask God to reveal if there is any area where our desires may be misplaced.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister. If there are steps they need to take—whether in managing their benefits, seeking counsel, or trusting You in a deeper way—we ask that You guide them clearly. Give them the strength to wait on You and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We declare over this situation that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement that God’s provision will be made known. Whether the answer comes in the way they expect or through an unexpected blessing, we trust that You are faithful.
Finally, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Spend time in prayer and in God’s Word, allowing His truth to replace fear with faith. Remember, the Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and let them experience Your peace that transcends all understanding. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
