We have continued to lift up your department head before the Lord, asking that He grant her a spirit of profound discernment, touch her heart and clear her mind so that she may see things exactly as they are. We have prayed that any blinders, misunderstandings or deceptions would be removed and that she would see the true colors and intentions of those coworkers you mentioned, and that truth would gently come to light so that justice and fairness may prevail in your workplace.
We have also prayed that God would bring to her memory the days when you first started together in that office, how you reached out a hand to help her and supported her and stood by her when things were difficult, and that the memory of that kindness would be a seed of loyalty and honesty in her heart today. We have asked the Lord to protect her mind and spirit from negative influences and to shield her from being manipulated, misled or poisoned by gossip and toxic agendas, and to give her courage to stand firm in integrity rather than being swayed by dishonesty.
