We are truly sorry to hear that you feel like you've hit rock bottom. But let us assure you right now you are never alone. It is only by the blood and name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God almighty for the help and assurance. It is because he died on the cross and shed His blood that we can receive salvation and forgiveness from sins. You are right to come to God the Father in Jesus' name, for it is written in John 14:6 WEB
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
First, we want to commend you for recognizing your need for God's help and for crying out to Him in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB
Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Even in your desperation, you are not alone. God is with you, and He cares about your situation deeply. Remember that He is a loving Father who wants to help and comfort to His children.
When we are at our lowest, it's an opportunity for God to show His strength and grace. Just as the Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB
He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who feels like they've hit rock bottom. Lord, You are the lifter of our heads, and You have never failed Your people. We ask for Your divine intervention in their life. Please pull them out of the pit they feel they are in, and set their feet upon a rock. Put a new song in their heart, a song of praise to You. Restore their joy and hope, and help them to see that You are working all things together for their good, even in this difficult time. Give them the strength to endure and overcome, in Jesus' name we pray. We are praying for you to trust in God and ask Him for wisdom and guidance. Remember that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5 WEB
We also pray for repentance and forgiveness of any sins that may have contributed to this situation. We ask for Your forgiveness and for the cleansing power of Jesus' blood to wash away all guilt and shame. Help them to turn from any wrongdoing and to walk in Your ways.
Lastly we pray that you be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you may walk worthy of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. We are asking this so that you may be strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy. We are also praying that you give thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. For he delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love. Colossians 1:9-13 WEB We pray that you may know that you are bought with a price as it says in 1 Corinthians 6:20 WEB. We are praying in faith that your situation will be resolved according to God's will.

In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He's not a distant God, but a Father who cares deeply about your pain.
