Revelation about something specific

We join you together in prayer in Jesus' name asking for revelation and guidance and for greater understanding, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father.
We know that our God delights to give wisdom and to make His will known to His children when we seek Him with our whole heart. Scripture tells us But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5. He also says Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you do not know Jeremiah 33:3. This is His promise to you as you wait on Him now for clarity about this specific matter.
We encourage you to continue seeking revelation first and foremost in His Word, for His Word is the lamp to our feet and the sure foundation for all understanding. Pray as the psalmist did Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law Psalm 119:18. And trust that as you acknowledge Him in all your ways He will direct your path, for we are told Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. True revelation will never contradict Scripture but will be confirmed by it through the Holy Spirit who guides us into all truth.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You who is hungering for revelation and understanding. Lord, You see the specific situation on their heart that they have not fully detailed but that You know completely. We ask that You would pour out a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, having the eyes of their heart enlightened that they may know the hope of Your calling Ephesians 1:17-18. Grant them clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is uncertainty, and discernment to know Your voice above all others. Help them to wait patiently on Your timing and to walk in obedience to what You have already shown them in Your Word. Lead them and instruct them in the way they should go with Your eye upon them Psalm 32:8. Give them a deeper understanding not only of this matter but of Your character and Your perfect will. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

If God seems silent for a time, do not be discouraged for He is working even when we cannot yet see the answer. Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, trusting that He who promised to give wisdom liberally will surely give you what you need for this moment and for the steps ahead.

Your request for revelation, guidance and more understanding has been brought before the Lord, and we join with you in prayer in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
We know that true wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. As Job declares, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding. A grain of divine grace is worth more than a ton of knowledge, and if you have but a spark of true faith in Jesus Christ, it is better than a whole volcano full of worldly wisdom.
We pray that the Lord will guide you with His counsel, according to His promise, Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Divine wisdom, dressed in robes of love and tenderness, invites us to run into her arms, and the grace of God dethrones obstinacy and gives us in its place acquiescence in the divine will. By bowing with submission to the will of God we are furnished with unerring guidance.
Take care not to be hasty, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, and holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity. Wait upon the Lord, seek His face in the Word and in prayer, and trust His divine sovereignty in all things, for there is no attribute more comforting to His children. He will at the right moment bring forth some new and surprising stroke of wisdom, and when He draws His servant out of deep waters, the praise will more fully redound to His name.
Our prayer for you now is this, that the Lord would enlighten your understanding, not by natural intelligence, for we were by nature blind to the things of divine truth, but by His Spirit, that you may receive His truth into the understanding and be sanctified thereby, that you may be kept from mere notion and brought to live unto God and seek after holiness, and that He would make you to know wisdom in the hidden part.
May the Lord grant you a clear understanding of His will, a submissive heart to follow where He leads, and full assurance that He who has begun a good work will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ. We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus, who alone is our wisdom and our guide. Amen.
