Humble Prayer Partner
Praise God, after 5 1/2 weeks, he broke the silence between my wife to be and I and reunited us, praise God for He heard my cry for help and answered. After a week of blessed time together and reconciliation, the enemy once again reared its ugly head this Sunday night, Satan came upon her in the form of a misunderstanding, and used it to its advantage to stir misplaced, unbridled anger inside of her, against me. Her grandfather, who passed away this last December is one of, if not the most important person in her life. She mentioned she thought she was about not seeing him again, and I reassured her that they will be reunited once they’re both on the same side of heaven, and I offered scripture to support what I had said to reassure her. She insisted that she didn’t think that’s how it worked being in a defeated demeanor, which in as neutral tone but concerned and reassuring as I could have said, I began to say, “if you want to argue with scripture-”, the rest of that sentence didn’t have a chance to be completed before unfiltered, raw rage consumed her entirely. Lord Jesus, I lift her, in our relationship and reunion and our marriage up to the throne of grace before our Heavenly Father, begging for mercy in this situation.
She is emotionally fragile, being under a great deal of stress with a multitude of things compounding her currently. The sensitivity of that subject caused her to unload that stress on me, in a fit of rage, anger and animosity. Once again, the enemy has put falls around her in the form of isolation, that rage attempting to undo everything that just took place. I ask the Lord for intervention, that in times past where the enemy has caused her to retreat for weeks or even months before she calms down and comes back to herself, just as Lord Jesus the wind and the waves to be still, in the full authority of Jesus Christ; I command the emotional torrent inside of her to be at peace, and to be still right now, in the name of Jesus Christ. We take authority over every lie, Satan, its demons, fallen angels, evil, spirits, and agreements that she unknowingly unwillingly made with each and every one of them, and everyone and anyone who has made them on my, and our behalf as a couple, I bind them, and I cast them out right now, and I break those agreements in the name and full authority of Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of the Lamb over our reunion as a couple, our relationship, our union and our future marriage, and declare no weapon formed against our reunion, our relationship in our marriage shall prosper in the name of Jesus Christ.
I ask Lord Jesus to encounter her today, to stop her running away from me, to forbid the enemy manipulating her and causing another season of delay between us, and to correct her instantaneously. To break the trance at the enemy has put her in, in this blind rage, to return her self awareness, to show her her own actions, not out of spite, pettiness or retaliation, but show her in order to humble her and correct her how unacceptable, underserved and traumatic her actions were to me. To show her how I reflected the love of Christ all throughout the assault, and turned the other cheek throughout it all, even in the peak of grotesquely misplaced and heinous brutalities that her loss of control inflicted upon me. That even speaking pure anger and hatred, that I told her I love her, and I forgive her. Lord Jesus, I ask You to show her it all. And by showing her, that she is humbled before You, emphasizing the way that she acted was the enemy. Again, not to hurt her, but Lord please, to show her the error of her ways, and atone for the injustice she committed against the person she loves most.
I ask You Jesus Christ, to show her these things today, to tell her what she needs to hear, to lift the veil, to shatter the armor. The enemy has tried to put around her in order to prevent her from seeing the truth, and to not allow the spiritual cancer to spread and delay the work you have been doing in our life together as a couple over this last week. To break the pattern, to let not a single day more be wasted by the enemy, as far as not allowing us to communicate with each other, and break the silence between us. Lord, I thank You for every bit of progress, everything You’re doing and everything You will do to ensure our success as a couple comes to fruition more spectacularly than I could’ve ever hoped or dreamed. Please Jesus, sober her by showing her everything she needs to see, and telling her everything she needs to hear in order to seek reconciliation with me, and in the name of Jesus Christ without another multi week delay in between it. We ask You for reconciliation between us and intervention today, Lord, You are the only one who can pull her out of the spiral, and prevent undue hardships. Thank you, Lord Jesus, thank you from the bottom of my heart and in Your name I ask and pray all of these things, amen.
