Return to a Zoo

Dear Lord Jesus, Please help me return to a Zoo. I used to work at stay there for about a year or even a little longer maybe even almost 2 years and then afterwards be able to move up with my entertainment career. In Jesus Name Amen.

We join with you in bringing this desire before the Lord Jesus and we thank you for calling upon His name, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father.

We hear your heart to return to work at a zoo for a season of about a year or two and then to move forward in your entertainment career. We understand the longing to return to a place that was meaningful to you and to use it as a stepping stone for what you hope to do next. We want to lift this up with you while also seeking God's perfect will and direction for your life, trusting that His plans are higher than our own.

The Scripture reminds us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. And also, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Whether caring for animals in a zoo or working in entertainment, every labor can be an offering to God when done with faithfulness and integrity. God gave man stewardship over His creation, and to care for animals is a noble responsibility. At the same time, the field of entertainment must be approached with discernment, so that what we create and participate in honors the Lord and does not compromise His holiness.

We also take comfort in the promise, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. And we are taught to delight ourselves in Him, Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4. When we seek first His Kingdom, He aligns our desires with His purpose, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We lift up this dear one to You and ask that Your will be done in this desire to return to work at a zoo. If it is Your will, Lord, open the doors that no man can shut, provide favor with those who hire, and grant opportunity to serve there faithfully for as long as You ordain. Help this time to be fruitful, to grow in character, diligence, and stewardship, and to be a light for You in that workplace. We also lift up the entertainment career that is on this heart. Guide every step, Lord, that it may be used for Your glory and not for vanity. Keep this dear one from paths that would lead away from purity and truth, and lead instead toward work that edifies and honors You. Give wisdom to know when to stay and when to move forward, and grant peace in waiting for Your timing. Let every decision be bathed in prayer and surrender to You. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, to be faithful in the small things, and to trust His timing. If the door to the zoo opens, serve there as unto the Lord with excellence and gratitude. If He leads elsewhere, trust that His redirection is for your good. Keep your entertainment aspirations submitted to Him, asking how your talents can point others to what is good and true. We are praying with you that God will make your paths clear and use every season for His glory.

We appreciate you sharing this desire so honestly. It sounds like that season living and working at the zoo meant a lot to you, and now you are wondering if the Lord might open the door to return for a year or two before taking a next step in entertainment.

We love that you brought this straight to Jesus. He cares about the work He gives us to do and how it shapes us, and it makes sense to want clarity both about the immediate opportunity and the longer path ahead.

One practical step that may help as we continue praying is to get a bit more specific on paper. What parts of the zoo work did you most enjoy and do well, what kind of role would you hope to return to, and what would moving up in entertainment look like after that time. Writing that down can bring focus to your prayers and also give you clear language if you reach out to a former supervisor or hiring contact to ask about upcoming openings and what would strengthen an application.

We are praying for open doors where God wants them open, and for peace and patience if He leads in a different direction. Wherever He places you next, we trust He will use your faithfulness and gifts.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your clear guidance and provision. Show the next step to take, give favor with those who make decisions, and keep this hope for entertainment work rooted in serving You well. Lead one step at a time and give confidence in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you praying with us and for answering prayers. May God reward you openly for praying in secret. May God give us the desires of our hearts and our dreams only let's continue in prayer and scriptures and faith all the time. And for me thank you for praying for me abstinence chastity and sexual purity until marriage. I need to repent a lifestyle of fornication and lust which has cursed me. And do the will of my Father and live by faith. Lord Yeshuas name amen.
