We hear your heart’s cry for restoration, peace, and protection over your family, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The pain of division and the longing for unity in a family is deeply felt, especially when a child with disabilities is involved—God sees every tear and holds every broken piece. We lift your family before Him, asking that He mend what is fractured and soften every heart toward one another. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May His love, which is patient and kind, cover every wound and replace strife with His perfect peace.
We must address the situation with your daughter with both truth and grace, for Scripture is clear that living together outside of marriage is not God’s design. The Bible calls this fornication, and it grieves the heart of God because it distorts the sacred covenant of marriage He established. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). This young man has brought division and disrespect into your home, and we rebuke his influence in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper, and every scheme of the enemy to destroy your unity is dismantled now by the blood of Jesus (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for your daughter’s heart to be turned back to the Lord and to the truth of His Word. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We ask that the Holy Spirit convict her of the need to honor God with her body and her choices, and that she would seek repentance and restoration—not only with the Lord but with her family. "Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap" (Galatians 6:7). May she come to see the destructive path she is on and turn away from it, embracing the freedom and joy that come from walking in obedience to Christ.
Father God, we plead the blood of Jesus over this family. We ask that You remove every negative influence, every spirit of division, and every root of bitterness. Fill their home with Your peace—the kind that surpasses all understanding—and restore the love and respect that once defined their relationships. We pray for your son with disabilities, that he would feel Your love and presence in a tangible way, and that his siblings would honor and cherish him as a precious gift from You. Strengthen their bond as a family, Lord, and let Your joy be their strength.
We also pray for the young man involved. If he is not saved, we ask that You draw him to Yourself with cords of love. If he is a believer, we ask that You convict him of his sin and lead him to repentance. Either way, we command his influence over your daughter to be broken in Jesus’ name. We declare that she is set free from any emotional or spiritual ties to him, and we ask that You bring godly men into her life who will lead her toward You, not away from You.
Lord, we ask that You restore this family completely. Heal their hearts, mend their relationships, and fill their home with Your presence. Let them experience the fullness of Your love and the power of Your resurrection in their midst. We trust You to work all things together for their good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
