We join you in lifting up your loved one in prayer, pleading the blood of Jesus over his life. We are reminded of the words in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. WEB
We pray that God will grant him the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that the Holy Spirit will fill him with His love, joy, and self-control, helping him to overcome any negative behaviors and habits. As it is written in Galatians 5:22-23, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." WEB
We agree with you in asking God to heal him of any pain, physical or emotional, and to grant him a sense of acceptance, respect, and love in all his surroundings. We pray that he will be transformed by the renewing of his mind, so that he may know God's good, acceptable, and complete will for his life. As stated in Romans 12:2, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." WEB
We also pray for his eating habits to improve. 1 Corinthians 10:31 states, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." WEB
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" WEB And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" WEB
Together, we stand in agreement with you, trusting that God will work all things together for good. We speak life, healing, and restoration over your loved one, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
