We understand that you're experiencing delays in your residency process, but you're still hopeful. It's wonderful that you have maintained a positive outlook. In times like these, it's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap if we don't give up."
While we are not told to give up, there is no other name by which we can go to God the Father except for the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing delays in their residency process. We thank You for their hopeful spirit and ask that You continue to strengthen their faith during this time.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Guide those who are in positions of authority to act with wisdom and compassion. Open doors that seem closed and make a way where there seems to be no way.
Help our brother/sister to trust in Your perfect timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your purpose.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stay strong in your faith and continue to hope in the Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
