Help them to work diligently, with integrity and excellence, as unto You and not unto men (Colossians 3:23).

Father, we also ask that You would purify their motives. Let their desire for advancement be rooted in a heart that seeks to honor You and serve others. Remind them that their true worth and identity are found in Christ alone.

Lord, if this promotion is not part of Your plan for them right now, we pray that You would grant them the grace to trust in Your timing and provision. Help them to rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider (Philippians 4:19) and that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also pray for their spiritual growth. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and deepen their relationship with Jesus. May they find their joy and satisfaction in You alone, knowing that true success is measured by faithfulness to Your calling.
