We are truly sorry to hear about your cousin's condition, and we are here to intercede on your behalf and offer some biblical encouragement.
It's important to remember that while we don't always understand why God allows suffering, He has promised to be with us through it all. "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" is His promise for us all. We can be assured that God is with your cousin and your family during this difficult time (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). God's word tells us that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her cousin. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their cousin's body. If it is Your will, Lord, please restore their health and give them more time with their family.
But if Your will is to take them home, Lord, we pray for Your peace and comfort to fill their hearts and the hearts of their family. Help them to trust in You, even in this most difficult time. Be a beacon of hope for the family as they continue to look to you for guidance.
Father, we also lift up our sister, as she has felt too weak to pray. Lord, fill her with Your strength and give her the words to speak to You. We are called to "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB) We call upon the Holy Spirit to intercede for our sister and the family in their time of need.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen in Jesus name.
We encourage you to keep crying out to God, even when it's difficult. He is always there to listen and to comfort, especially in times of suffering. Remember the words of Jesus, "In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB)
