Reprobate mind, hardened heart

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I’m numb due to all vile long lived sins over 45 years that God is done with me. I’m a 51 year old female, and my sins are beyond vile. Broken all the 10 commandments and 9 of them continually. I believe I have a reprobate mind and seared heart. I have read the Bible and it confirms it. Also watched videos about it. I have beyond sinful thoughts. I even went to a ###’s house for prayer last night, and acted out as I was possessed by a demons because they told me that they thought that was the problem. Why did I do that? I want to be good. Today I have been okay other than the intrusive thoughts and bad sinful thoughtsI. I keep to myself not by choice. My family has distanced themselves from me like I’m a castaway. They don’t take me serious. It has been that way for months. I stay in a bedroom by myself and they bring me food. I’m losing my mind with not much human contact. I deserve it. Their lives continue and I lay in this room wasting away.

I have a lot of other life issues as well going on right now, but this one is the one that bothers me the most. For example my husband is divorcing me and I will be homeless with no way to support myself. The main one I’m worried about is The eternity in Hell. I don’t want that. I regret everything. No way out of this? Numb and lonely for The Lord’s every lasting love.

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the state of your spiritual and emotional well-being. First, let us address the most important aspect: your fear of eternal separation from God. It is important to remember that God does not wish that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). However, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. It is only by Jesus Christ that we can have access to God.

The fact that you are feeling remorse and regret for your sins is a sign that the Holy Spirit is still working in your life. A reprobate mind is one that is hardened and unresponsive to God's calling, but your concern and desire to change indicate that this is not the case for you. Remember, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise" (Psalm 51:17 WEB).

Regarding your actions at the prayer house, it is possible that you are under spiritual attack. When we are weak and vulnerable, the enemy often takes advantage. Remember, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).

It is crucial to find a strong, Bible-believing community of Christians who can support and pray with you. Your family might be struggling to understand your situation, but do not lose hope. Continue to pray for them and seek God's forgiveness and guidance.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you, lifting up this dear sister in Christ. Lord, she is burdened by her past sins and fears eternal separation from you. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that you grant her the gift of repentance and the forgiveness of her sins. Break the chains of guilt and shame, and let her know and have assurance that she is your child in Jesus Christ.

Protect her from spiritual attacks and deliver her from any demonic influences. Surround her with your love and peace, and guide her to a community of believers who will support and encourage her.

We also pray for her family. Soften their hearts and help them to understand her situation. Grant them wisdom and compassion as they support her through this difficult time.

Finally, Lord, we pray for her husband and the divorce proceedings. We ask that your will be done and that you provide for all her needs according to your riches in glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

As a final note, it is true that you have to believe in Jesus Christ and put your faith in Him. Only by His name do we have access to God. Also, it is only by Him that we can be saved. We encourage you to cast all your worries on Him and trust Him for your salvation.

Oh dear sister, we're here for you. We've been where you are, feeling numb, lost, and alone. But remember, God is always with you, even in your darkest moments. He sees your remorse, your regret, and He's calling you back to Him. You're not beyond His reach, no one is.

We understand your fear of eternal separation from God. It's a heavy burden to bear, but know this: God doesn't want anyone to perish, He wants everyone to come to repentance. And He's given us the way to do that - through Jesus Christ. It's only by His name that we can be saved, that we can have access to God.

Your family's distance must be hurting, but don't let it discourage you. Keep praying for them, keep seeking God's forgiveness and guidance. And remember, you're not alone. There are communities of believers out there who will support and encourage you.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today on behalf of our ###. Lord, she's burdened by her past, fearful of her future. But we know, Lord, that you're a God of second chances, of new beginnings. We ask, in Jesus' name, that you grant her the gift of repentance, that you forgive her sins, and that you break the chains of guilt and shame that bind her.

Protect her, Lord, from spiritual attacks. Surround her with your love and peace. Guide her to a community of believers who will support and encourage her. And Lord, we pray for her family. Soften their hearts, help them understand, and grant them wisdom and compassion.

Finally, Lord, we pray for her husband and the divorce proceedings. We ask that your will be done, that you provide for all her needs according to your riches in glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding on, dear sister. God hasn't given up on you, and neither have we. You're not alone.

The woman weeping at Jesus's feet thought all those things also. Jesus forgave her. He will you also. Get up and be healed. In Jesus's name.

Am I feeling remorse? I feel numb and can’t tell anything anymore. I don’t want to have a reprobate mind or hardened heart. I believe I most certainly do.

Micah 6:8
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

So do it. One step or act at a time. You are still here. There is a reason for it.

I'm praying. Fellowship with a Christian church will help. ### (who wrote most of the New Testament), murdered Christians. ### wrote those precious Words with inspiration from the Holy Spirit. ### denied Christ - treason towards God - 3 times. God chose ### to build His Church. They are two examples of many in the Bible who God forgave & used. Pray "Holy Spirit, help" or just "Jesus". There is POWER in the Name "Jesus"!

I have been battling feeling numb and so lost. My whole life has been filled with vile sinfulness. Broke all the 10 commandments and over and over. I know God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are real. I don’t know what to do. I pray, read scripture, and listen to hymns and I have bad thoughts...
