We understand that you're going through a tremendous struggle right now, and we want to assure you that God's love and power are greater than any challenge we face. You've shared that you're battling numbness, lostness, and intrusive thoughts, and you're seeking release from a prescription drug that you feel is not of God. First, we want to remind you that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1 WEB.
It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We need to put on the whole armor of God including the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the spoken word of God. We should also be praying in the Spirit at all times. Ephesians 6:13-18.
You mentioned that you're plagued by bad thoughts and secular songs, and that you're having sinful dreams. We want to encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB. It's important to fill your mind with the word of God and godly music to replace the secular songs that have been invading your thoughts. Remember, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things. Philippians 4:8 WEB.
Regarding your use of a prescribed drug, we advise you to seek godly counsel from your healthcare provider. We pray that God will guide them to help you taper off safely. You recognized that it's not of Him, and that's an important step. Remember, God promises us that He will not tempt us beyond what we're able to bear, and that He will provide a way of escape. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
You mentioned that you have broken all the commandments over and over again. We know that all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23 WEB but we are not bound by our past sins. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB. Today is a new day, and God's mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is struggling. We pray that you will renew their mind and help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. We rebuke the enemy and command those intrusive thoughts and secular songs to leave right now in the name of Jesus. We pray for wisdom and guidance for the healthcare provider, that they may help wean our brother/sister off this ungodly drug safely. We speak life and healing over their body and mind.
Father, we ask that you will forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to walk in your ways and live a life that is pleasing to you. We pray that they will have the strength to resist temptation and to put on the whole armor of God daily.
We pray for sweet sleep at night, free from sinful dreams. We speak peace and rest over their mind and body. We ask all this, not by our might or power but by the Holy Spirit. Zechariah 4:6
