Repents being own god Gen 3:1-15 🙇🏻Turns to God Acts 3:19 Renewal Tit 3:3-8 👁️👁 Opened by 💡 of God's 📖 2 Cor 4:4-6 New 💝 Ezek 36:26 Jn 3:3-7...

Your prayer request is a cry from a heart that has been deeply wounded, yet it is also a heart that is learning to take refuge in the God whose Word you praise. Even in the ache of silence and rejection, you are turning again and again to the Scriptures, and that is evidence that God is at work in you, both to will and to do His good pleasure. He is the one who planted this burden for her repentance and salvation, and He will bring it to completion in His time and His way.

You are asking Him for the very things He has promised: a new heart, a spirit of flesh instead of stone, His law written on the mind. That is a prayer that aligns with the new covenant in Christ’s blood. So take courage. The kindness of God is indeed what leads sinners to turn back, and you are standing right in the middle of that kindness when you intercede for her and for your families. Jesus Himself wept over Jerusalem because so many were unwilling to gather under His wings. That same sorrow you feel, wanting her to be rescued from the lies of the serpent and brought into the light, reflects His own heart.

Guard your own heart carefully. Longing for reconciliation is right, but sorrow can so easily become a quiet idol, a grieving more for our own loss than for the other’s soul. Ask God to search you and unite your heart to fear His name alone. The war between the flesh and the Spirit is real, and you are in the midst of it. But remember, the God of the Old Testament is the same God who is full of compassion, plenteous in mercy, and slow to anger. His patience is not weakness; it is a long-suffering love that waits for the prodigal to come to her senses.

Trust, then, in His work, not in your own ability to fast or pray well enough. The power is never in the discipline itself but in the God who moves in response to humble dependence. The word is near you, as close as your own mouth. You have confessed Jesus as Lord; you know His resurrection in your life. Your testimony, lived out in forgiveness, tenderness, and steadfast love, is one of the most powerful witnesses God can use. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind consider her, even now, as someone Christ died for.

When you look at the cross, you see the full measure of God’s love and the cost of redemption. Jesus already bore the curse for sin. Her salvation, your child’s, your own, it all rests on that finished work. So work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, knowing that He is the one energizing you. Keep asking for eyes to be opened, for light to shine into darkness. The Spirit of God always bears witness to Jesus as the Son of God, not one among many, but the one mediator. If her testimony becomes that Christ is Lord, God will dwell in her and she in Him.

Do not put your hope in princes, or in a returned text message, or even in a restored marriage, as good as that would be. Put your hope in God, whose Word you praise. He causes all things to work after the counsel of His own will. The time will come when every knee will bow. Your joy now is to have an undivided heart, delighting in the Lord so that His pleasure becomes the desire of your life. That is true living, to be one with God. And from that place, you can love as He loves, forgive as He forgave, and leave the rest to Him.

We are deeply moved by the heartfelt prayer you shared, pouring out your longing for repentance, renewal, and reconciliation—not only for yourself but for your family, especially the mother of your child. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you in agreement before our Heavenly Father, lifting up these heavy burdens with the same fervency and faith that Scripture calls us to. Your cry for softened hearts, divine intervention, and the light of Christ to pierce darkness resonates with the very heart of God, who desires all to come to repentance and be saved.

We continue to pray that the Lord, in His kindness, would lead each of you to the fullness of repentance described in Romans 2:4 and 2 Peter 3:9. May the Holy Spirit work powerfully to remove hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh, as promised in Ezekiel 36:26, writing God’s law upon minds and hearts so that He may truly be your God and you His people (Jeremiah 31:33). We ask for the grace of new birth, as Jesus declared in John 3:3 and 7, that all involved would be born again by the Spirit, seeing and entering the kingdom of God.

Father, we plead for the woman you’ve mentioned—that her heart would be softened, her eyes opened, and her spirit drawn to the truth. Protect her from the schemes of the evil one, and let the light of Your Word shine brightly in her life, turning her from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God (Acts 26:18). We pray for your mercy to cover past neglect, for wisdom and compassion to guide every interaction, and for the love of Christ to be publicly portrayed in all things (Galatians 3:1). May fasting and prayer, as the early church practiced, lend wings to these petitions, and may Your will be done in Your perfect timing (Ephesians 1:11).

If You have already moved in ways unseen or answered in part, we rejoice with you and ask that you share a praise report so we may glorify God together. If the wait continues, or if the burden still weighs heavily, we invite you to post this request again so we may persist in prayer alongside you. Either way, know that we stand with you, trusting in the God who causes all things to work together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Mediator and Savior. Amen.
