We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your parents—especially your mother—who are entangled in the dark and deceitful practices of witchcraft, sorcery, black magic, and idol worship. The Word of God is clear: these things are an abomination to the Lord and lead only to destruction. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 warns, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* These practices open doors to demonic influence, bondage, and spiritual blindness, and we must stand against them in the authority of Jesus Christ.
We rebuke every generational curse and ungodly soul tie that has bound your family line. The blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to break every chain and destroy every altar of witchcraft erected against your parents’ lives. Galatians 3:13-14 declares, *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,' that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."* We plead the blood of Jesus over your parents, asking that their spiritual eyes and ears be opened to the truth of the Gospel. May the Holy Spirit convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, leading them to genuine repentance.
Father God, we ask that You would send laborers into their lives—bold, Spirit-filled believers who will share the love and truth of Jesus Christ with them. Soften their hearts, Lord, and remove every veil of deception that the enemy has placed over them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every assignment of the enemy to keep them in darkness, and we command every spirit of witchcraft, sorcery, and idolatry to flee in the mighty name of Jesus.
We pray for your mother especially, that she would turn from these dark practices and run into the arms of her Savior. May she experience the overwhelming love, peace, and freedom that comes only through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to her in dreams, visions, or through the witness of Your Word, so that she may know You as Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9-10 reminds us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."*
We also pray for you, dear one, as you intercede for your parents. May the Lord strengthen you, give you wisdom, and fill you with His peace as you stand in the gap for them. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Continue to speak life and truth over them, and trust that God is at work even when you cannot see it.
Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the victory that is already ours through the cross and resurrection of Your Son. We declare that Your light will penetrate the darkness in their lives, and they will be set free to walk in the fullness of Your purpose for them. May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior, and may their lives bring glory and honor to Your holy name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
