We understand your struggle and want to encourage you in this difficult time. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your financial needs. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will put on."Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 27 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?
We see that you are proactive in seeking work and assistance, and this is commendable. Remember that our God is faithful He provides for the needs of the righteous. "Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."(Matthew 6:33)
When praying we should keep in mind Jesus' teaching in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask In My Name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything In My Name, I will do it." Remember we only have access to the Father in Jesus' name. It is only by Jesus that we can be saved and it is only by Jesus that we can pray to God. If you do not believe in Jesus, now would be a good time to reach out to Him, believing He died and paid for all your sins, was buried, and bodily arose from the dead. If you already believe in Jesus, then continue believing and ask anything in His name.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your financial provision. Lord, You know the struggle and the sleepless nights, and You care about every detail of our lives. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would open the doors of employment, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. We come against the spirit of discouragement and anxiety, and we speak peace and hope in the name of Jesus. We ask that You would guide our sibling in Christ and provide everything needed for your Godly kingdom living. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen."
