We join with you in lifting up this request for renewed strength and resilience as you face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma, and we thank you for closing your request in the precious name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true healing and salvation. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
We want you to know that God sees your pain, He does not condone abuse in any form, and His heart is near to you in this suffering. The Lord is close to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. What has been done to you was evil and not His will for you, for He desires to bring wholeness and peace, not harm.
We are encouraged by your desire for resilience, and we know that true strength does not come from merely trying harder in our own power, but from leaning on Christ. Scripture reminds us He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29. And He has said to us My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. When you feel weary and overwhelmed by the memories and effects of trauma, His grace is enough to sustain you moment by moment.
We pray together for you now.
Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the depth of the abuse and trauma endured and the ongoing struggles that still weigh so heavy. We ask You to pour out Your renewed strength upon them. When they have no might, be their might. When they feel faint, carry them. We pray You would heal the broken places of their heart and bind up every wound, bringing Your perfect peace where there has been fear and pain. Help them to experience Your presence as their refuge and fortress. We ask that You would build resilience in them through Your Holy Spirit, reminding them daily that they can do all things through Christ, who strengthens them Philippians 4:13. Teach them to cast every burden on You, to rest in Your unfailing love, and to walk in the freedom and restoration that Jesus purchased on the cross. Guard their mind and heart, surround them with godly community and wise counsel who will support and protect them, and lead them step by step into wholeness. We declare Your promise over them, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Let them feel upheld by Your righteous right hand today. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, for His Word brings comfort and renews the mind. Lean on trusted, biblically grounded believers and pastoral counsel, and where needed, seek safe and wise help for trauma recovery, always testing all counsel against Scripture. Remember that healing is often a journey, not an instant event, and God is patient and faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. He is your strength and will not let you be shaken when your hope is in Him.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We have heard your prayer for renewed strength and resilience under the heavy burden of abuse and trauma, and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ.
Human strength, even at its best, will spend itself and fail. As the prophet declares, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31. Apart from God all strength is derived and measurable, and must come to an end, but the strength of God is inexhaustible and He delights to give it to those who have no might. To those who have no might He increases strength. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then you may fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it, for the Lord Himself has said, I will strengthen them in the Lord. Zechariah 10:12.
The Lord knows what it is to have a broken heart, for He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. There is healing power in Jesus Christ, and not only His fruit but even the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. Revelation 22:2. The least thing about Christ is healing, and those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.
To wait upon the Lord is not to sit in despair, but to trust, to pray, to look to Christ alone for life and for power to walk. The dead cannot gather strength or walk, but Christ died for the ungodly when we were yet without strength, and He now lifts up those who trust Him and gives strength to minister and to endure. The glory of our strength lies not in ourselves, but in God alone.
Let us pray for you.
O Lord our God, Father of mercies, we bring this wounded one before Your throne of grace through Jesus Christ Your Son. You see the scars of abuse and the deep wounds of trauma that no human eye fully knows. We ask that You would renew strength in this soul that waits upon You. When might has failed and resilience seems gone, do You increase strength and pour in Your own Omnipotence. Spread Your healing leaves over this broken heart, bind up what has been torn, and let pardoning mercy and healing come together in Christ. Teach this dear soul to wait upon You daily in Your Word and in prayer, to trust not in ceremonies or resolutions or the strength of the flesh, but to fall upon Christ who is our strength and righteousness, our Jesus and our all. Lift up by Your hand, restore, and cause to walk up and down in Your name with quiet courage for each day. In Jesus name we ask, Amen.
