Your request for renewed strength as you face the ongoing struggles that come from abuse and trauma has been heard, and we are joining with you in prayer before the Lord.
We thank you for sharing this burden honestly. What you have endured is not light, and it is right to bring it to God who sees, who cares, and who draws near to the brokenhearted. The Lord does not despise your pain or your weariness, and He does not grow tired of hearing your prayers.
Scripture promises that God gives power to the faint and increases strength to those who have no might, and that those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. This renewal is often not all at once, but little by little, as God works healing at the root even when we cannot yet see it above the surface. Like a physician who does not abandon the patient while there is life, the Lord continues His healing work. Even when many prayers have seemed to bring no change, each time you have turned to Him has mattered, and He is able to bring forth fruit in His time. Do not lose heart if the progress feels slow. God is patient and faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.
We are praying for you that God would restore your strength day by day, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, give you resilience to face each day, and surround you with safe and wise support. We also encourage you, as you are able, to remain connected to trusted believers and to seek help from safe pastoral and professional counselors who can walk with you in this healing journey. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the wounds left by abuse and trauma, every memory and every struggle that remains. We ask You to pour out Your mercy and renew strength where there is weariness. Give resilience, peace that passes understanding, and the assurance that You are near. Heal what has been broken, restore what has been stolen, and help each step forward to be grounded in Your love and truth. Sustain this life with Your grace and lead toward wholeness and hope in Christ. In Jesus name, amen.
