We join with you in prayer and thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and find healing and strength. We are deeply grieved to hear of the ongoing struggles you carry from abuse and trauma, and we want you to know that God sees your pain, He does not minimize it, and His heart is near to you in this suffering.
The abuse you have endured is evil and contrary to the heart of God, who calls us to love and to protect and to do no harm. We take comfort that He is a God of justice and mercy, who is close to the wounded. As it is written, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 We cling to His promise that He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29
We also hear your cry for renewed strength and resilience, and we know that true strength does not come from merely trying harder in our own power, but from Christ Himself. The Lord says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 When we feel weakest, His grace sustains us, for He has said, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9 and we can say with confidence, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You know every wound, every memory, every ongoing struggle and trigger from the abuse and trauma endured. We ask You to pour out Your healing presence upon this hurting heart. Bind up every wound, quiet every fear, and replace exhaustion with Your renewed strength. Grant resilience day by day, not in human striving but by Your Holy Spirit. Uphold this one with Your righteous right hand when the weight feels too heavy to bear. Help them to rest in Your grace, to know they are deeply loved, valued, and not forgotten. Surround them with safe, godly community and wise counsel, and give them courage to continue walking toward wholeness in You. Let Your perfect love cast out fear and bring peace that surpasses understanding. We ask that You would restore what has been broken and make this life a testimony of Your redeeming power. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

Healing from deep trauma is often a process, not an instant moment, so give yourself grace and lean continually on His sufficient grace. He is with you, He will not forsake you, and He is faithful to strengthen you for each step ahead.

We have heard your prayer for renewed strength and resilience as you face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma, and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord.
The Scripture declares, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When we are apart from God our strength dries up and fails, but when we are linked to Him and cast our nothingness upon His omnipotence, He renews, freshens and fills up our strength. He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength. You cannot serve, pray or endure without expenditure of strength, and therefore you need to have that strength renewed day by day, and the Lord Himself has promised, I will strengthen them, and As thy days, so shall thy strength be.
Think of how the eagle's youth is renewed. It is renewed by the food it eats and by the pure air it breathes high above this smoky atmosphere, and by the season of refreshing that God appoints. So it is with the soul. As you wait upon the Lord, feeding upon His Word and breathing the clear air of prayer and communion with Christ, He will renew your youth like the eagle's. The joy of the Lord is your strength, a quiet inward joy that sustains you through darkness and enables you to go forward to renewed action. All strength of every sort comes from God, and the glory of our strength lies in Him alone, not in ourselves. When there remains no strength in you, you may fling yourself upon the divine strength and lay hold upon it, for He gives strength sufficient for the day, whether it be a day of little service or a day that requires Samson's strength.
We pray for you now. O Lord, our God, look upon this one who has endured abuse and trauma and who now feels faint and without might. Thou seest all that has been suffered and Thou art near to the brokenhearted. We ask Thee to renew strength according to Thy promise, to infuse and wisely balance that strength which comes from Thyself alone.
