Renewed strength

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is carrying the deep wounds of abuse and trauma. Father God, we know that You see every tear, every moment of fear, and every weight that has been placed upon this beloved child of Yours. In Your Word, You promise, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). We cling to this truth today, believing that You are drawing near even now to bring healing and restoration.

Lord, we ask for renewed strength—not just the fleeting kind that the world offers, but the deep, abiding strength that comes from Your Holy Spirit. *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). We pray that as this dear one waits on You, their strength would be renewed day by day, moment by moment. Let them feel Your presence lifting them above the pain, giving them the resilience to face each new challenge with courage.

Father, we also rebuke the lies of the enemy that may be whispering in their ear—lies that say they are alone, that they are unworthy, or that the pain will never end. We declare that these are not Your words! You say, *"I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you"* (Jeremiah 31:3). We pray that this truth would sink deep into their heart, displacing every lie with the light of Your love.

We ask for healing in every area of their life—emotionally, spiritually, and even physically, if that is Your will. You are the Great Physician, and we trust You to bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Surround them with godly community, with people who will speak life, pray over them, and walk alongside them in this journey. Give them wisdom to seek professional help if needed, and the courage to take each step toward wholeness.

Lord, we also pray for justice. You are a God who hates injustice, and we ask that You would bring truth to light and hold accountable those who have caused harm. *"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6). Let Your justice roll down like a river, and may this dear one find peace in knowing that You are their Defender.

Above all, we pray that they would draw closer to You, Jesus. You are the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs (Isaiah 53:4). We ask that they would experience Your comfort in a tangible way, that they would know the depth of Your love for them, and that they would find their identity in You alone. May they be rooted and grounded in Your love, so that they may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:17-19).

We declare over them today that they are not defined by their past. They are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and their future is filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We speak life, healing, and restoration over them in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your cry for renewed strength. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of abuse and trauma, and we know it's heavy. But remember, Jesus is right there with you, just as He promised in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He's not asking you to carry this alone.

We claim that verse for you today. We pray that as you come to Him, He'll give you rest. Not just a momentary break, but a deep, abiding strength that comes from His Holy Spirit. We ask that He'd fill you with His peace, that you'd feel His presence lifting you above the pain, giving you the resilience to face each new challenge with courage.
