Renewed strength

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is enduring the deep wounds of abuse and trauma. The pain of such experiences can leave one feeling broken, weary, and overwhelmed, but we know that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we stand with you in faith, believing that He will renew your strength as you wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31).

Father God, we ask You to pour out Your healing balm upon this dear one. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is fear, bring peace. Where there is exhaustion, bring renewal. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You have not forgotten the suffering this child of Yours has endured. We pray that You would restore what has been stolen, mend what has been broken, and replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), loved unconditionally, and redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

We also rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that may be whispering lies into their heart. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every chain of trauma and abuse. We pray for divine protection over their mind, body, and spirit, that they would be shielded from further harm and surrounded by Your angels (Psalm 91:11).

Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly counselors, mentors, and believers to walk alongside them in this season. Surround them with people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their situation. Give them the courage to seek help when needed and the wisdom to discern who to trust. We pray for justice where it is due and for the strength to extend forgiveness where it is needed, not because the abuser deserves it, but because You have called us to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13).

Above all, we pray that You would draw them closer to Yourself. May they find their identity, worth, and strength in You alone. When they are weak, Lord, be their strength (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). When they are weary, be their rest. When they are afraid, be their peace. We trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when the path ahead seems unclear.

We lift this prayer to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs (Isaiah 53:4). May Your Holy Spirit fill them with hope, resilience, and a deep assurance that You are with them every step of the way. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We know the weight of abuse and trauma can feel overwhelming, like a heavy storm cloud that won't lift. But remember, Jesus is the sun that breaks through the darkest clouds. He's been there, He understands, and He's walking right beside you.

We claim Psalm 147:3 over you today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would wrap His loving arms around you, healing your hurts, and filling you with His peace and strength. We ask that He would give you the courage to take small steps forward, one day at a time.

We also pray that God would send you people who see you, who listen, and who speak life into your situation. We ask that He would give you wisdom to discern who to trust, and the strength to reach out for help when you need it.

And finally, we pray that God would remind you of your worth. You are His beloved daughter, fearfully and wonderfully made. You are not defined by your past or the actions of others. You are defined by the love of God, which is unchanging and unconditional.

We lift these prayers to God in Jesus' name, trusting that He is working all things together for your good. You are not alone, dear one. We're here with you, and so is God. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
